    This was a pretty bad decision on my part. Something went wrong with the scotter i purchased and something went wrong and it started shorting out. I took it back to best buy i was 5 days late to get my money back.

    The G2 was better than this " new & improved" mode

    Very disappointed the range is only 16 miles & that's not even sport mode. The G2 went further than this " new & improved" g3. Wished I just got the g2 again cause this thing has been nothing but trouble especially since the update which killed the battery life.

    The neck starts to wabble after a few days. Dont know how to fix it. All of our neighbors have one a d theirscis doing the same thing.

    Terrible battery life

    I watch a lot of videos about this scooter and most pf them said it will go 15-18 miles when they ripping it. IT DOESN’T. I rode this for 3.2 miles and the battery goes from 100% to 67%. I will be lucky to get 10 miles out of it.

    Did not receive item and Best buy refuses to investigate. They stated it was delivered and they are not on the hook. But, it was never shipped to my door. Please if you purchase only purchase in store and pick up in store. I have been going through this 4 months. They wont even supply me with proper documentation to open a claim with fedex. I will NEVER use bestbuy.com again. Buyer BEWARE!!!

    Do not buy Segway Max G3

    I received a Segway e-scooter Max G3, but it was defective. I couldn’t attach the handlebar to the scooter because the handlebar thread was too tight. I managed to put the screws in a little, but when I rode it, the handlebar was very shaky. This makes it unsafe to ride. I am very disappointed.

    Unable to pair with android phone

    Tried multiple times to pair the scooter with the Android app. The scooter beeps like there is connection but it never pairs. Unfortunately, because I cannot pair it with Android, I will be returning it to the store. There's a phone number to call Segway. I tried but the work office hours so how they supposed to help out if they don't work during the time when I purchase the scooter. If you have Android phone, just avoid Segway as you will not be able to pair

    Don’t buy false advertisement/poor quality

    I would give zero stars false advertisement on sport I charged at 100 percent only to ride 1 mile 8 mins and for battery to be 45 percent did multiple test and battery drains fast ridiculously fast. After riding I pressed breaks hard because I had to stop only for the front to start making noises after hasn’t stopped since just got the scooter will be returning don’t buy called Segway they can’t even back up their claim of range or show care for customers

    Do NOT waste your money on a Segway scooter. Mine broke, their repair failed, and despite approving a replacement, I’ve been waiting over 5 weeks with nothing but excuses. Terrible service, no accountability. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

    Segway-Ninebot Max G3 Electric Scooter

    I'm very impress with the safety features such as the emergency lights, front and back brakes, hydraulics, and different speeds. Segway app has lots of options and user friendly. The price is competitive and I can find other scooter that's cheaper but first time buyer I'm satisfied with the product. I can't way for the next model next year.
