So far I really like this scooter. It definitely gets up to 30 mph in the sport mode and is a lot of fun. Nice features too.

Great for lightweight rider

This scooter is super lightweight and comfortable. Without shocks speedbumps feel very uneasy and move the handlebar around a bunch. The highest mileage is 25 miles but if you are closer to the max weight (265pds) you will get around 10 miles off a full charge. This is definitely a nice purchase for anyone under 200pds!

The battery life is tested using eco mode I’m assuming because it goes down decently quick in normal and sport modes but besides that it’s fun and quiet

Ordered an escooter and got a TV instead,no refund

I ordered an electric scooter on July 28th and when I received it 5 days later I got a TV instead. The packaging on the TV looked beat up and even had a big puncture in the center. I was honestly so confused and after talking with customer care, I was told that they would send my scooter and send someone to pick up the TV. They said that the scooter will come in 2-3 days and it kept on getting delayed in that exact same interval for almost 2 weeks. On August 11th I got an email saying that the order for the scooter I should have gotten since has been canceled. I took the TV to a best buy near me and explained the whole thing to them and tried to return it and they said they couldn't and that I would have to talk to customer care online(It was literally online care that told me to go to them in person).....I did that and eventually got a return label. I took the TV and sent it to UPS and best buy emailed me saying they received it at their warehouse and my refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Last week when I went to the mail room to pick up a package I saw the TV there, but thought I was tripping. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten my refund back so I just called them today and they said that the notes say the couldn't process the refund cause the order is damaged. First of all I never got my order, I got something completely different. The random order they gave me was already beat up to begin with and I have spent a lot of money going back and forth to different best buys and UPS. Like why should things be more inconvenient for me if all I did was just order a scooter?
The Deeper Issue: The reason why I ordered an e-scooter was because my last e-scooter got stolen while I was doing physical therapy. My knee and ankle are damaged from overtraining so I can't walk that much, hence I got a e-scooter. I got a job for the first time this summer and it's extremely hard to get one as an international student. I used the pay check from my job to buy the first scooter then it got stolen. No issue I still got some time left this summer to make money and buy a new scooter. Bought the new scooter from best buy and got a TV. Now I don't have any money and I have to ask my big sister for grocery money.
