    My ten year old grandson has charged it and the instructions doesn’t explain to operate it!

    My son is 6 and he loves it great beginners electric scooter. Turns off automatically when rider steps off great feature.

    It just wouldn't go. The scooter would pull weakly for a few seconds (about half walking speed on a hard flat surface) and then stop. It was fully charged and we followed all the directions on the website. We had four adults trying to help the kids, but no success. The scooter seemed solidly made. The lights worked. We didn't like that the scooter lacks a throttle. To change modes, you have to tap the brake twice. Ours beeped like it's supposed to, but still wouldn't move.
