Segway Ninebot D40X

This is the second time that I purchased the same scooter. The first one was impossible to fold, unable to obtain any troubleshooting or information through the company. The second one that I got, started malfunctioning a couple of days ago. I have had it for 3 months. I could not turn it off so I let it be. When I went back to use it, it turned on and I pressed the on/off button to turn the light on, and it died. This morning the scooter started beeping and last for a while. I called BB for support and I was told they do not have technicians for scooters and that I have to contact Segway directly. Hopefully, I can get my money back.

Total tech saves the day!

Thankfully I have the total tech membership and when this scooter started acting up I was able to return it at day 59. Picked up a g30max, don’t get me wrong d40x is a great scooter but mine was having throttle and intermittent charging issues. I am just happy I got it from BestBuy vs anywhere else so I could return it.
