Getting 17mph top speed rather than stated 15.5mph. Sleek form. No exposed wires. Solid frame. And got it at sale price!

Great when its working...

It made the scooter completely unusable. I returned it and purchased another. So far the second one is holding up (fingers crossed)

Don't expect 15 miles on it

Don't buy a Segway

Especially don't buy any products at all made by Segway. About 5 uses after I bought this scooter (hadn't even used a full charge) I started having issues with my scooter. It flashed a 21 error code and wouldn't move at all. Since it was still under warranty I contacted Best Buy and they told me to get it fixed by Segway since it's a Segway product and past my return date. I went to my local Segway store and my store turned me away, saying I would have to pay for the warranty repairs, which should be no cost. So I contacted Segway corporate and they said I would need to take it to my local store to get fixed after I had already told them they refused to do the repairs without paying. My scooter hasn't worked in months and I'm still trying to get it fixed. Way too much money to spend on a scooter that breaks down a few weeks after you buy it and there's no way to get it fixed because Segway is a horrible company. Save your money and time and buy a different brand.
