I got this scooter for my 13 year old son. He has a blast driving it around. I also use it for doing quick errands. I'm over 200 pounds, yet the it runs at 17 km/h. It is well constructed, rides smooth and even has a headlight for night travel. Your kids will love it.

So far this scooter has worked well. We upgraded from the Hover 1 and I am still a little skeptical because we bought four Hover 1 scooters and they have all died in less than one year, so will update this once it has been a year if I can remember. The tires on this one provide a smoother ride and the lights are a bonus.

Best scooter ever. I love it just don't abuse it. I don't use the foot or manual brakes 98 percent of the time, I just modulate the accelerator to slow down for bumps or to stop. Very happy with this scooter so far.

Put nearly 200 miles on this over the last year, super glad to have purchased this last year. This here can be rough on bumps / uneven terrain so be prepared for that, but glides like a dream on smooth paved surfaces. Design of the Thumb Throttle / Brake is convenient, mechanical brake on the rear wheel is nice to have. I'd recommend users tune regenerative braking down in the app to prevent scooter from losing as much speed when you release the throttle. Reading other reviews i'm compelled to point out the display lists kph by default; this thing goes up to 25 kph / 15 mph (rider is 165 lb 6') - plenty fast if you're new to these, though like me you might find yourself wanting something a bit zippier, and with a better suspension / pneumatic tires. But to get such features, you'll pay a ticket price twice what this model will run you. This here's a great value, especially when it goes on sale under the 500 mark.

My boyfriend and I both opened our new scooters just to find that neither of them wouldn’t turn on or take a charge. We tried reconnecting the wire twice. I called customer service and they said I could send them to one of their inspection facilities open in Texas or exchange it through Best Buy. It’s really disappointing. The scooter itself is very nice looking. I anticipate the foot brake might be a little bit of a problem though. I’ll try these again because I got the sale price of 399, but I don’t think these are worth $650.

I give this a 3.5 star for a couple of reasons. Good things: The unit is quite handy and easy to use. The charge comes for about 11 miles. Bad things: No physical brakes and the electric brakes doesn't make you feel safe. Most annoying part is that the accelerator gets jammed. It is a well known problem because there is a page in Ninebot Support dedicated to this. You will have to push the accelerator up to stop the device from accelerating and this is really dangerous. The warranty covers the accelerator knob for only 180 days.

Mine only seems to go max 10 or 11 mph and I'm nowhere near the weight limit, charges pretty fast though, recomend to not charge 100% all the time for longer battery life, says comes with lifetime guarantee parts & labor (we will see) not great up any steep incline had to use extra kick power, pretty sturdy/heavy aluminum, folding and unfolding a task, smaller front tire, careful of larger cracks and potholes.

Great scooter! Safe mode is great if you’re just beginning and need to get comfortable with riding. Once you discover Sports Mode, this scooter gets moving. It’s great going up/down hills, remember to use caution as you’ll be going relatively quick. It’s a bit heavy, but you can roll it which helps. This scooter also allows you to lock it and track it through app and GPS. Lastly, if rising at night you have control over the colors with different settings. It’s a great scooter, super fun and worth the price.

Have had this scooter for about two years now and have put about 400 miles on it with no issues yet

This is a very fun and safe scooter. The lights make you visible to others. The battery lasts really well on one charge. I only ran out of juice on a two way trip once, because I forgot to charge it the night before. I had one for little over a year, suddenly it started making a rattling sound though nothing was visibly loose. I took it to the store and was able to replace it easily because of the warranty.

Awesome scooter. We got 2 of them, and the high quality actually exceeded my expectations. These are very solidly built and a ton of fun to ride. My 2 older daughters love blasting around the neighborhood on them. Very easy to learn to ride. They got these for Christmas, and we still haven't needed to recharge the batteries yet, so the 15 mile range may end up being accurate. We'll see.

Very nice and fast with bright headlights and cool ground effects lights. Easy to use and fold for carrying, plenty of power and speed. I like how you can customize speed for beginners and lots of app options like cruise control, lighting effects and locking etc. Build quality seems to be good and we hope for many of of fun times to come.

Ive enjoyed Segways Ninebot scooter. It doesnt have the speed that it says it has and that was disappointing. Its approximately 3 miles slower than the manufacturer states

Best value. So far great product. Battery life is good. It’s durable. Bought it as a 1st for our Daughter. Only thing I don’t love about it, it is a bit heavy

For those who are looking for a clean, low maintenance, and easy to use option - this one is for you! The works so well and easily. You don’t need to have booth connectivity but it helps to track movement and use. I love the lights on the bottom, you can customize them in so many different ways. Love my scooter!

I bought it for my 11 yrs old as a graduation present, and he loves it. I had bought him the Razor e200, but for a little more this ES2 is awesome. Charges in 3.5 hrs, compared to 12 on the Razor. Even though it has solid tires, the ride is pretty smooth. The only con is the range; on sports mode it drains the battery fast. I will eventually end up buying the extra battery pack. Other than that it was a great acquisition.

I purchased this as a deal and it was a great but at the discount price. Rides well! Happy with my purchase
