I got these as an open box, so they were slightly cheaper than normal. I like them. The buttons on the right side are a lil small and hard to remember which is which. They are lightweight for overhead ones, have descent noise canceling (which I tested on a flight), and the sound is pretty good. My kiddo likes to use these also. My husband has the next up version of these which are nicer, but these are not bad for the price!

My biggest complaint is that the buttons are too darn small! Other than that, these work great except i sometimes have difficulty connecting, especially to my Samsung TV. I have significant hearing loss and with these I am hearing more instrumentals in the background. I wish the equalizer had a right/left setting so I can increase the volume of the left speaker a little bit. If they have that setting, I have not found it.

I forgot my HEAVY's on Christmas trip and needed some headphones. The big plus of thes is the battery life and weight. The sound quality seems solid however the noise isolation isn't at the level of the larger designs on the market. Overall very happy with the purchase but be aware if you're really looking to block out the sound of loud environments get something with larger ear muffs.

Excellent headphones for the price. Fit over the ears is great, very comfortable. Sound is fantastic and the app is easy to use. Only issue is that I can't disconnect them from my phone when they're in ANC mode. I have to power them off if I don't want to use them.

I have a pair of Bowers and Wilkens and wanted something to wear when I work out. These are great! I get good HiFi sound quality and the ANC is good quality too, eliminating most of the noise. I found them to be comfortable and breathable and of course Sennheiser is synonymous with great sound quality! Good entry into HIFI music

5 stars for a $100 set of headphones. It's not going to compete with most $250+ headphones but I'm very happy with my purchase. They're light and reasonably comfortable. They're over the ear design is just barely over the ear and I've found larger models more comfortable but also generally heavier. If you want to be able to connect to a wired source, you need to upgrade to the pro version, which I did not and wish I had. Also, it doesn't come with any sort of case. Again, wish it did.

The headset recived in good condition. Looks almost like new. Functionality too looks fine though the dual phone connectivity feature is kind of broken. you can tweek the sound profile using the mobile app SmartControl downloadable from Playstore. Noise cancellation is not that great though. With the toggle of button you can enable and disable same which is great but you wont feel much of a difference especially under normal outdoor experience. Default sound profile is good and you have clarity while listening to music especially on lower decibal notes. Mic quality too is good. No one has ever complained to me asking if I am on a BT headphone and voice is not clear over call which is commendable as literaly with all headphones, you will find people having issues hearing you on the other side of the call. Battery backcup is ok and not that great .. Wish it could be better or bit longer. Under normal use listening to many hours dyuring the day, battery suffices just to 2 days or less. When it reaches 5% it wont connect and the fall is significant. There is a problem when you connect the headset with 2 Bluetooth devices. when second device connected and you play on your regaular phone music, music wont start or play till you disconnect the other device. Build quality too is ok actually good considering this price tag.

[Employee of bestbuy] The headphones for the price do a magnificent job in capturing the sound of any genre of music with the handy noise canceling feature. I give these a five star rating. The highs are crisp and clear, while low end is sufficient but not overpowering. They're extremely comfortable to wear too. This has been a wonderful choice for me.

Amazing sound!! Pair it with the app to be able to control the features, equalizer & its modes (ANC & Transparency, also has buttons to swap between). I like the build quality of it & it has a snug fit which I really enjoy! The brand has been my go-to as they've helped me out with a repair/replacement when I got a bug/defect with my pair of earbuds!

Sound is pretty good, but not phenomenal. Not much bass. Not super comfortable. Doesn't fold. Also didn't come with an aux cord, which is a preference of mine. A cool feature is being able to adjust the sound settings with their app.

Pretty nice headphones for the money. App is very helpful and I haven't had any problems with the app. Already received 1 firmware update in the couple of weeks I've owned the headphones. Sounds is right what you would expect for the price range and the battery life is really good.

Comfortable, easy to use, and great sound quality are my biggest notes and I've had it less then a week, only wish the packaging was updated (there's a newer app then what the box recommends, the Sennheiser control plus app, it's a newer more useful version of the old app.

Great sound, not the best interface

Just as a quick disclaimer, I did return these. Not because of poor quality or serious dissatisfaction of the headphones, but because of something that Sennheiser themselves decided to do which makes me question what's going on in their heads. I looked around everywhere and I wondered to myself; why don't they allow you to turn off the anc on these headphones? The only option is to "tune" the anc from full, to minimum, then have it transition to pass-through... No off... Why? I don't want pass-through OR anc. I just want to hear the headphones because their passive noise isolation is actually really great. Why force me to either use anc which gives me a headache or be forced to listen to the outside world when I want to seal it out? The only workaround I could really find was to go in the app and find the anc slider. Yes, it's a slider without an off button in site. I tune it so that it's at the lowest setting for the pass-through and then nudge it one over towards the anc so that it's at it's weakest. Unfortunately it does mean that the anc is still on. And of course the question is, "Well, don't buy something that has anc as a feature" and my response is... Every other product that has had ANC or other noise cancelling feature has ALWAYS had the option to turn it off... ALWAYS This is literally THE VERY FIRST product I have ever seen where that option is taken away from you. What's even more confusing is that their true wireless momentum earbuds do not have this problem. They actually went out of their way to take away the option of turning off anc and pass-through for no other reason other than they just hate people that get headaches from anc. Is the sound good? Of course it is. Is the interface the best? Not really because the physical buttons are small and it's difficult to feel the difference between the three. However, all of that is thrown out the window if you get uncomfortable from anc or do not like pass-through annoyances.

Great headphones after an app update

I had bought and returned these headphones a number of times through the years because I enjoyed the sound quality but did not want the headache of noise cancellation. Of course your question would be why not buy headphones without it, I'd ask you which headphones don't have ANC AND good sound? Not that many. So I was more than thankful that Sennheiser finally updated their app to turn off the ANC on these particular headphones, even though almost all of their other headphones that had ANC already had a way to turn them off, minus these for a good number of years.

Picked these up to add onto my gym headphones, heard great things about them. Overall they are pretty good, definitely a bit snug but nothing crazy. Like the ability to play around alot with the eq but the overall audio is low even when turned up all the way. Not a deal breaker, but if you want something that sounds loud these ain't the headphones for you.
