I purchased this item , and it’s not working from day2 , Worst product from Best Buy

I bought this in February 2025 to go with a new LG 77". It is clearly better than the TV's speakers, but at 1k, it's not what I thought. Yes, the voices are better, but where's the bass? It does require a stand-alone sub to give you any sense of mid-bass—forget about low bass. I'm sure there are better but to much bother to return and try others.

I could not get the remote to pair with the soundbar. After hours of trying, I returned the bar to Best Buy, which was a seamless experience. The bar’s sound was great.

Easy set up at first, adjusting some of the sound parameters helps fill on the sound. Have an external sub which is a must to help fill in the lower end. Unfortunately, after 9 days of use it dropped all connectivity. Reset the unit, deleted and re-added the app. Marc port will show video and tv can adjust volume but beyond that useless. As others have addressed that's an issue with Sennheiser as I also owned an Ambeo Max for two months that had the same issue (BB scrapped instead of repair) and I tried this with a similar result. Returning tomorrow.

The clown I am purchased this as an upgrade to my Klipsch, upon opening the instructions were in many languages but english, so continuing to do the setup I went arc to arc and still no sound, next scan the seal for supposed wasy setup, took me to their website where it had everything about other potential purchases and other useless information, took it right back to Best Buy (had it for one hour at home) and they graciously refunded me, tho I did mention they might have better chances of selling it to one of the people on the instruction language list, guess english dont mean anything to this soundbar company
