I thought I would try these earbuds after everyone saying how great Sennheiser earbuds are supposed to be. I was disappointed with these earbuds. I didn’t think they could go loud enough on volume. The EQ is something that could be simplified to treble, mods, and bass, instead of all the nonsense Sennheiser has, but most manufacturers have the same problem. I didn’t like the fit in my ears at all, and could never get them to fit well. Sennheiser really needs to come up with a different shape for their earbuds. My music is very important to me. In earbuds or headphones I look for a pair that will allow me to turn them up as loud as I want, with clarity, and true quality sound, which I had hoped these would give me, which they did not. Every ones ears are different. Someone else may like these, but they were not for me.

Comfortable for long-term wear but not the best sound quality

I have my fill of bluetooth earbuds because of the less and less devices using the old fashioned 3.5 headphone jack inputs. Because of this, there has been an upsurge of bluetooth headsets or earbuds for the masses that address the people who use headphones for working out, for commuting, or just lounging around. I am at the latter part of the consumer user. To cut to the chase, these are awesome earbuds! I mean they look big and chunky, but they are light. My ears do slightly hurt after a good session with them, but they are an absolute joy to listen to. The app is well done and the EQ works well with my android phone. The packaging is your average run of the mill minimal packaging with supplied earbuds to tailor to you fitment. Also is the case. It is a bit big compared to the others I have used, but I have no real problems placing this in my pocket. No this doesn't have wireless charging, and there's no proximity sensors, also missing is noise cancellation. I have all of this in another headset that I use and was my favorite to listen with until these guys. Even without those things mentioned, I still recommend these to people who likes the best of sound for the price. This is hands down the best sounding bluetooth earbuds hands down for the price. You can however, use the right earbud if you want to. But why would you? Pairing them up and using the touch pads on each earbud is super easy to use and also able to tailor them to however you want on the app. I have used earbuds without an app, the app being very limited to customization to your age by way of a hearing test of sorts. But this app is pretty much in the middle of that. Not too much to meddle with, but just enough to make it your own.

No complaints from my 20-year-old son who wants the best there is and previously had apple air pods. I'm happy! He's picky.

Great earphones. I use them to communicate with others through Zoom and I get feedback that my voice sounds clear.

I have purchased a couple of “professional” mid level in ear monitors for my personal music listening. I have returned them. I have found that they suffer from really piercing mid highs that 1.6k-4k range. I ended up with a pair or the In ear that comes included when you get a Sennheiser professional In ear monitor system. And I love them. So when I needed wireless I chose this guy’s and I’m GLAD I did. Not returning this ones. If you care about sound quality GET THEM!

Sound quality was really good. Would have liked more base output but very clear sound. They were slippery when handling making it difficult to get out of the case. I returned these and bought Jaybird Vistas which I like better.

So these were my first Sennheiser product since then I've purchased 5 others. The sound quality is unbeatable. They sound amazing, they are comfortable and not too big. Perfect earbuds if you don't need noise cancelling. Very good speration in sounds I hear instruments I've never heard before In songs I've listened to 50 times. They really are great. Sennheiser has a great support team and really build a high quality product.

Love the sound of the headphones. Plus also that you could down load the app and customize the sound.

These earbuds are truly wires & have nice range, I enjoy using them, there also fit well in the ear.
