Lack of kindness of the CSR another star less. guess MPow did better.

Connecting to Bluetooth is fairly simple. However, if you have an iPhone, it has difficulty staying connected. Headphone folds up nicely, but is bulky and, for me a little uncomfortable as it presses on the ear.
