Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the sound quality, comfort, price, battery life, and wireless feature of the HD 4.50 Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones. They appreciate the superb sound quality, comfortable fit, affordable price, long battery life, and convenience of wireless connectivity. However, some customers have concerns about the volume not getting quiet enough, the bass not being good at higher sounds, the controls being confusing, the fit being a little tight, and the cups being small and uncomfortable.

These head phones are fine but not worth what you pay. If you are going to buy this brand I would suggest just paying more for the better quality ones.

Not the quality sound I was looking for at that price. Not much bass. I returned & bought Bose quiet comfort 35. Not very noise cancelling either.

My ears hurt after wearing these for long periods. The inside of the ear cups are super oval to the point of crushing my ears. I'll be listening to a podcast, music, or audiobook and someone will call. If I answer I cant hear them. Even tho my music player, app, or youtube I could hear fine. I would not buy again.

When using the Bluetooth it was not easy to switch from one device to another in some cases I couldn’t even see the Headphones listed in my Bluetooth options on my phone or my iPad. I end up taking them back to the store and purchasing Sony

These headphones don't work, And I had the inopportunity to purchase them and then receive them as the pandemic was gaining a foothold here in NYC. The stores are not open, and I've talk to Sennheiser as well, who seemed to be confident what the problem is, but who wharehouses are closed. Why sell a faulty model? I understand these are unusual trying times, I'm irritated though because I haven't been able to use something I paid for. Sure the return deadline has been extended but you folks are still doing business. It's been a month, and I'm hearing: "There's nothing we can do." all the while you're still doing business. You should refund my money and come get what you sold me. I've been such a fan of Sennheiser.

Known connection problems with Android devices

I couldn't get these to connect to my Android phone's bluetooth, so I contacted the manufacturer, Harman. They wrote back that these headphones have a known problem connecting to certain Android devices and that their engineers have not figured out how to solve the problem yet. They suggested I return them to the store and offered me a 20% coupon for a future Harman purchase. I decided not to return them because the microphone actually works really well for zoom calls on my laptop, so I'll just use them for my laptop. Still pretty disappointed that the product is this knowingly flawed and still was being sold.
