This open back headphones are great, they have a ton of range and really show off the music well.

Eletrocuted/ Static in audio after 1 year

Excellent sound but after 1 year I started getting some static sounds in my audio regardless of source (PC soundcard/ Phone) and now I get electrocuted in my left ear from the components of the headphones presumably.. where is the disclaimer that without an amp this thing will not handle being plugged into a headphone port of my surround speaker setup? I use the headphones mode of my soundcard and yet I get zapped by my headphones. So basically do not consider these headphones without an amp or something to regulate the voltage to these things.

Crackling sound when it's supposed to be deep bass. Bought these to listen to the Matrix. When i turned up the volume, the bass results in the crackling sound that would come from low qualify speakers. Poor quality.

Super poor quality. Felt like cheap plastic and foam would definitely not stand up over time. Also came broken

Don't buy this if you aren't going to EXTREMELY careful with them bc the headphone jack is the most fragile thing I've ever seen. I barely pulled it to the side by accident a and it bent at a 90 degree angle

First few hours using these headphones were great. The sound quality was amazing. Too bad they stopped working on the same day I got them. I'm hoping to exchange these for working ones. It took a month to ship and arrive, and it died in the middle of watching videos.

I got this originally for my PC for gaming, videos, music, etc. The sound quality was not much different than my gaming headset, and the sound kept on getting distorted every time I moved due to the adapter. I'm sure these are good for an actual studio or guitar, but for sure not for PC users.

    Sennheiser 560S Review

For $200 I am amazed at the sound quality of these bad boys and especially the comfort level! These are my favorite for long sessions because of the open back (airy sound) that makes everything perfectly neutral. This is my first pair of open back headphones, so I found out first hand that there is NO bass exaggeration, but incredible clarity. They are made very simple as far as the physical design.. Sennheiser put the money into the audio and comfort and kept all the extra fancy features out. Great to have as a second pair of headphones for a wired experience and using them for gaming is recommended 100%. In conclusion, Sennheiser did it again, and did it the best as usual. They are currently sold out everywhere, and now I know why..

If you want to be constantly tripping over a short 6ft cord and also want a bass quality that's lighter than cotton candy, these are the headphones for you.

I read the previous reviews expecting this to be one of the better seats of headphones. These were extremely uncomfortable after 30 min of use so I exchanged them.

Purchased Tuesday since it was the last one in stock. Picked up Wednesday morning and returned for refund same day. BOTH ADAPTERS WERE MISSING despite the outside of the box appearing to be intact with a round clear plastic seal. I can't comment on sound or comfort, but I had to select either Yes or No if I would recommend this item to submit this review.

They didn't fit my stereo so I gave them away. I should have asked a geek if they would fit my old stereo, so it's my own fault. I will next time.

    Audiophile Dream!

Seamless audio experience! Gaming for 20 years, and haven’t had audio this smooth yet. Without even using a mixer, the audio is crisp, clear, yet soft at the same time. I have had so many devices that advertised “high quality audio” but it’s really just a speaker that can hold up to max sound, while beating your ear drums like a punching bag. If you turn anything up loud enough you ca hear details, it’s the finesse of soft but crisp audio with these that will make me loyal to Sennheiser.

One of the wires broke after a year. Poor quality. If you purchase, make sure to add the extended warranty as you'll probably need it.
