Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the HD 560S Wired Open Aire Over-the-Ear Audiophile Headphones' sound quality and comfort, making them suitable for long listening sessions. The lightweight design and good fit also contribute to a positive user experience, with some finding them great for gaming. However, some customers have noted that the bass may not be emphasized enough for some listeners, and the cable length may be excessive.

Hear the difference
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for gaming and just general music listening. I'm not an audiophile and don't have lots of experience with high end equipment these are probably the most high end headphones I've ever used. I have a small amp and with it I can most certainly hear the crisp mids and lows there isn't a lot of bass although it still is present but I appreciate the clean sound it has

Great entry level set!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect entry for those trying to get into the audiophile realm. I’m no audiophile myself but the difference these have against a gaming headset is major. Decent soundstage, all tones shine and don’t get muddied out, very comfortable aside from ears touching the drivers (my ears stick out lol). If your ears are closer to your head you’ll be fine. Ad an amp and a good dac (I have the Schiit stack) and these headphones really shine.

Pretty solid
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from HD 598, these sound less muddy and overall were an improvement for me. They are still pretty comfortable, but for some reason they’re more a bit more clampy. I think they’d be 5 stars without the clamp, making them a lot more comfortable. Maybe they’ll break in over time. Overall great for music and gaming.

Great quality for price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are good headphones. Audio and music is clearly distinct and when I listen to classical music each of the orchestra instruments are clear. Nice long wire and they are comfy on my ears. Good job!

Returned but not because they were lacking
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these only to end up getting a huge deal on the HD 650 elsewhere. I spent a few days listening to both and in the end the HD 650 won because they were the best at what I wanted them for. However, the HD 560 S were pretty good on my computer with an external DAC. You could probably power these with a AudioQuest Dragonfly and I can’t remember if I tried to or not but you could probably use that with a mobile device and they would work fine. I would not use these as out and about headphones as you can hear what is being listened to outside of them and if you want some quiet to hear the music you will not get that with these.

Great deal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it quite cheap, did not expect much, but it is perfect. I believe, only if I bought it brand new, it would be better. And the headphones is great for any kind of music.

Meh
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice sounding headphones. But they lack base, sound kinda soft and need an amp to sound better. But great quality and light.

Awesome! Highly recommend!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly one of the best pairs of head phones I have ever owned especially for the money! Pros: Great soundstage, great bass, balanced sound, comfortable, easy to drive. Cons: I wish it used a mini-XLR connector, and I wish it came with a balanced cable.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.headphones have a great base and the sound is flawless. I brought them to play Warzone and you can hear footsteps perfectly. super lightweight and don't bother your ears since they have a big cup.

Great Budget Audiophile Headphones with Caveats
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The audio quality is superb coming from these headphones, especially at the price. The only things I do want to knock, however, is there is a lot of plastic that could crack if dropped and the PROPRIETARY audio cable (c'mon Sennheiser, you had no reason to do that) is ridiculously short.

quality and comfort is top notch
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the audio quality is amazing. i use them for music and gaming. just remember they're open-back headphones, so any outside noises can be heard if loud enough. they're also extremely light, and don't feel as if you're wearing any over the head, headphones.

Analytical/Engaging
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price it's a top-tier choice for neutral, reference-grade sound on a budget. Ideal for home listeners, mixing, and audiophiles who value detail and balance — just don't expect booming bass or luxury build quality.
