Amazing Sound and Comfort
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently picked up the Sennheiser Momentum 4s from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with them. The sound quality is excellent. Everything comes through clear, detailed, and well-balanced. Whether I’m listening to music or taking a call the audio sounds great every time. The noise cancellation is really impressive. It blocks out background noise without feeling uncomfortable or overdone, which makes a big difference when I'm working or trying to relax. Even though I didn’t get to try them on before buying, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they are. The ear cups are soft and breathable, and I’ve been able to wear them for hours without any issues. The battery life is also a huge plus. I’ve gone several days on a single charge without needing to plug them in. The purchase experience at Best Buy was simple and smooth. The headphones were in stock, and I was able to get in and out quickly. If you're thinking about upgrading your headphones, I definitely recommend giving these a shot. They're worth it.

Best Current Gen Noise Cancelling Headphones
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For some reference, I use the Sennheiser HD660S's at home as my daily drivers. I wanted something that could get 80% of the way there for a trip I have coming up. I often use them for games, movies, anime, and music (all kinds of genres). I will be comparing these to the Sony XM4, which I bought before these. I initially bought the Sony XM4's based on reviews I saw online on YouTube and Reddit. Wow, were they wrong. The first things you'll notice when getting the Sonys is that they feel SO cheap. It feels like a set that would be handed out for free at an airport. What's even worse is the sound, the Sony headphones sound like absolute garbage. Almost muffled. They focus on bass and they really make sure that bass ruins everything else. It should have been a red flag when people online said to download a paid 3rd party app to fix the EQ on the Sony headphones. I only still went with them because both the Momentum and Sonys are scored similarly on Rtings with Sony winning on noise cancelling. Anyways, thats what made me try these... Not only are these substantially cheaper and higher quality feelings and looking... but... it even sounds FAR better. These aren't HD660S's but they do get 70-80% of the way there. These will serve those who prefer analytical listening much better than the competition. vocals and strings are clear, but bass is still heavy hitting. I do swap between 2 EQs while using these. 1 for movies and heavy music (just flat everything) and 1 for light music which has reduced bass. The superior audio, cheaper price, higher quality build, AND DOUBLE THE BATTERY LIFE (60 hours) makes these the obvious purchase. There are a couple of downsides though Cons: - Not as comfortable as the XM4. I am pretty sure I can even feel my ear hitting the wall where the driver is, which is my biggest complaint and why I made this a 4 star review. I wish these had deeper pads on them. They are still comfortable enough to where I have fallen asleep with them on. - The noise cancelling isn't *as* good as Sony's. With no audio playing, it's like 15% worse than the Sony XM4, however with music playing, its more like 5%. Even with the worse sound cancelling, its still quite good, it's unlikely youll hear too much while listening. Pros: - USBC connection can transfer audio AND CHARGE (the Sony's don't let you listen and charge for some reason) - Clear Audio w/o compromising on bass - 60 Hour Battery life - Decent App, better than Sony - Reasonable pricing ($279.99) - Premium build quality comparing to competitors To me, it's clear Sony is a technology company who is selling headphones based on their superior noise cancelling technology and they don't care about sound audio. Sennheiser compromised a little on noise cancelling but delivered on what they do best, audio. Side Note: If you don't need the noise cancelling aspects, I would recommend looking into a wired solution. Trust me, it will get you the best sound and best value.

Amazing headphones but not perfect
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing quality, sound, comfort, and battery life. Does have issues randomly syncing to my phone compared to boses/sony headphones ive had before. They seem to know when im not using them and wont randomly sync like these, but its just more annoying than anything.

Great headphones for audiophile/music
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, very comfortable headphones, the custom audio equalizer was amazing. I haven't heard sound in that type of light and dynamic range. The touch controls are a little difficult to use. Battery life is insane. I have a klipsch surround and steelseries over your headphones, shokz open run pro 2s, and IEM in earbuds, so I ended up actually returning the Sennheiser headphones, but I would have kept them otherwise.

Comparable to AirPods Max
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love these! I’m coming from the AirPods Max which are arguably the top of the leave for sound quality and ease of use, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from these. They are just as seamless to use as the AirPods, and they sound fantastic very lightweight, great for long wear. The noise cancellation is just a bit below AirPods but work great in almost every case you will actually use it for. Transparency mode does sound a little bit like you’re under a pillow, a little muffled. So, not great for having conversations through, but works great for just hearing your ambient surroundings. Love these, no regrets. Also battery life is the best I’ve ever experienced, 10/10 **Audio Jack note: these plug into a standard headphone jack, but the end that plugs into the headphones themselves is a smaller size. Just keep that in mind if you are using them as monitor headphones so you don’t end up with unusable audio cords.

For $299 I really doubt there is much better
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Nice full sound. Even fairly heavy bass if you want. You will want to download the Sennheiser app to really dial in the EQ you prefer. The noise cancelling works very good as well, it makes reading a book really peaceful. They are perfectly comfortable with glasses too. The mic is surprisingly clear to boot. Cons: These are by no means heavy, but i wish they were a little bit lighter weight. The only other thing is I wish they got a little louder. They get plenty loud for sure, but i wouldnt complain about more. All in all, its worth it to me for 300+tax. Any more money and I would want full metal construction and higher end headband material/stitching.

Insane Battery Life
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely satisfied with these headphones all around. The battery life is incredible (I've gone days before needing a recharge), and they charge very quickly via USB-C when needed. I haven't needed to use the included audio cable, but it's still nice to have as a backup. Audio quality is superb as well, with the in-app mixing being very user friendly and easy to use. Absolutely no connectivity issues either. Pairing to new devices has been a breeze. The case is also neatly organized and convenient to use. The only downside is the noise canceling could be better compared to the competition, but it's still no deal breaker. I definitely recommend these headphones and I have no regrets.

on the fence with these
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for dual purpose - Teams Meetings at work, and for music. The good... The sound is great, nice bass, crisp high and clear mids. The sound cancelling is fantasic. Very comfortable, I can wear them for an 8 hour shift with no problems...no pressure on the top of my head or ears getting all sweaty. Battery life if great - I know I can go the whole work week on one charge. Now the bad - and I think it's mainly due to the software. The touch controls - these can stop responding, I then need to essentilly reboot them to work again. The touch controls can get a bit flaky, for instance double touching them should turn noise cancelling on/off but they can get into a state where it tell me "mute off" or "must on" but in reality, it kills the audio so I can't hear anything. Reboot to correct. Connection will sometimes drop...maybe 1 or 2 times in a work day. Usually in this case the "press and hold" option on the touch pad will reconnect. This happens with work laptop and my cell phone so that leads me to think this is related to the head phones. The touch pad might be impacted by hair, or clothing...but I have no hair that would impact that and I usually wear colarless shirts at work so that is not an issue. Maybe it's caused by random head movements? Maybe someone can tell me if I can a defected set? If so, I'd appreciate it...thanks

9.5/10
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are by far the best headphones I’ve ever had, unbelievable battery life, really good sound and good adjustments in the equalizer. and are also super comfortable and fairly light, the only thing i don’t find PERFECT is that they are not very tight on your head, not loose enough to just fall off by any normal means but can be annoying in the gym.

Great Headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are awesome! I’ve had em for about 6 months and have charged them maybe 4 times. After trying the Sony XM5 and Bose QuiteComfort, I decided battery live was more important than noise cancellation, which isn’t the best out of the three. In terms of sound, these just blew me away. Bose were also pretty great at that. Sony’s noise cancellation was killer, but it was too much for me to handle, I guess. These aren’t the loudest. I can always turn it up but I’m used to listening at 55% on my AirPods. With the Momentum, I have to bump it up to 65-70% to get a similar output. This, after turning off the Dolby Atmos setting, per recommendation. Sometimes when I put the set back on after taking a break the music won’t continue, as it’s supposed to. It’s inconsistent in that way. I’m happy with my purchase, incredibly clear listening experience, great battery life and comfortable.

A Robust Competitor in High-End Audio
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Momentum 4 Wireless headphones provide outstanding sound quality, featuring rich detail and a well-balanced profile that enhances every genre. The adaptive noise cancellation performs well, although it does not quite match the capabilities of Bose or Sony’s premium models. The true highlight of these headphones is their battery life—a remarkable 60 hours on a single charge, making them an excellent choice for extended listening periods. Comfort is commendable, with soft earcups and a lightweight build, although the design appears somewhat more conventional compared to earlier Momentum models. Connectivity is effortless, with aptX Adaptive support guaranteeing high-quality wireless audio playback. In summary, the Momentum 4 is an excellent choice for individuals who prioritize sound quality and battery longevity, even if the design lacks a touch of uniqueness. Please inform me if you require any adjustments!

Worth it for the extra battery life alone
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent sound, comfortable, great battery life. I've tried a number of the full-sized wireless headphones and found them all pretty similar--which means pretty good. Not as warm as a good pair of wired phones, and the touch buttons on the outside of the cans are pretty annoying as they are sensitive and imperfect, but surprising in their overall quality. The thing that really sets these apart is the battery life. Not having to worry about recharging a lot is a huge advantage on long trips.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sounding headphones with good sound stage. Edm is great sounding alot of bass enough to rattle them on your head. Only complaint is controls cant be little wonkey at times where you have to reconnect the headphones to get the touch controls to work. Battery life is amazing wear them all day at work for 8 hours with anc at max and only have charge them about once a week.

Great headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unlike other manufacturers Sennheiser specializes in headphones and microphones. That in itself tells you they are engineered differently. Too much plastic to convey a premium feel, but otherwise they would be too expensive. Phone conversation is very clear. They are light , comfortable to wear. Music sound is fantastic and the battery life is impressive!

Excellent buy!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are amazing! I was skeptical however after the first juice I'd love the future where you just place The headphones on your head and automatically syncs and turns onto your music. Rich sound quality that doesn't sound like your in a tin can. I was super impressed with the battery life. The tap controls simple and easy to learn and to use. The construction of the headphones are good sturdy and they don't feel like they're going to break . I like the fabric on top of the headband and they're super light and actually fit around your ears so you don't get that annoying press on your ears. Excellent buy and worth the cost.

I think Sennheiser missed on this one
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing hardware as always from Sennheiser like always. Comfortable fit and good build quality. Major problems with software and features. I got these to upgrade from the PXC-IIs that were starting to drop my connection after 4 years of use, while, the PXC-IIs were not perfect at connecting with more than one device at a time, they preformed far better than the M4s. I will be listening to music or on a call and if battery saving auto detection mode are on, the M4s would randomly disconnect, even with active audio coming out of the headsets. This ought to be a simple firmware fix, but reading online it seems this has been an ongoing problem since launch. I really wanted to love them because my PXC-II were amazing. Another pet peeve is that you can’t turn off ANC at all, you can only toggle transparency mode across a slider. All in all the M4s are great for reproducing sound and ANC, and the battery life is amazing but all the poorly implemented “features” make this model a miss for me. Might be returning them.

Senheiser did it, more like, they have done it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow, this headphones got the comfort of the QC45, the feeling of the XM5s, the weight of the Airpods Max, not that they are super heavy but the premium side of it, because this stay on my head with regular shaking compare to the Max, now, the sound is subjective, never had a Senheiser product before, I thought that it was gonna be Bassy and agressive, but no, is gentle even at loud volumes, you bring the bass all the way down and it still doesn't sound flat, is like it can do things that other can do but better, I never thought I was gonna find the perfect headphones but I finnaly did, Simply AMAZING, also, ANC is acceptable, and Ambient mode, the most important feature for me, I can say, not natural but totaly acceptable, I am very picky with my ambient mode, and I can say, for me is tottaly usable.

Best sounding noise canceling headphones
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the best sounding noise canceling headphones I have ever owned. The sound and noise canceling is customizable in the app. The bass is perfect. The highs and mids are nice and clear. I had the Bose CQ 35 II, and these are so much better for sound quality. The Bose is a better for noise canceling, but the sound quality is my primary feature. The comfort and battery life is great. I am very satisfied with these headphones and would recommend them to anyone looking for the best sound quality in nose canceling headphones.
