Great sound. Hard to sleep with, as they may fall out. Also, hold on to that charging case, ad it can easily slip out. The company has a really good customer warranty. Sadly not covered by Best Buy.

I love these heaphones!! Fit great in my ear when I rise my bike and the sound quality is great for being an in ear headphone

It holds it's charge well and the sound quality is amazing. I can hear instruments I couldn't hear before with my old galaxy buds.

I used them for a week, so many great reviews on these but I found them lacking in volume, also not confortable on my ears. Yes the sound is clear but the volume for my taste is low.

I'm a big Sennheiser fan, but I just couldn't get the sound I wanted out of these earbuds. I ultimately ended up with the Apple Airpods Pro. I think it is primarily not a quality of sound issue per se, I think it was just a matter of getting the right fit. And I think perhaps the the way these earbuds are shaped with the rounded body, I just couldn't get them to fit in my ear right so I got the full spectrum of sound. The bass in particular was really lacking. And I didn't have this issue with the Apple product, which is shaped quite a bit differently. I'm giving this four stars only because I couldn't get 5-star sound out of them. But again, I think it is probably just the shape of my ears, and I've owned Sennheiser wired earbuds (and other phones) for many years and love them. They make good quality stuff. So they are worth a shot if you think they will fit you.

Sound fantastic. Very comfortable, app is also easy to use. Passive noise cancelling is good but active noise cancelling could be better.

Legitimately the best audio experience!! Especially, when paired up with Samsung 22 Ultra!! Outstanding controls, awesome ANC and transparent hearing, HUGELY user friendly and customizable to your personal desires (equalizer, sound zones, and touch controls are customizable)!! I have officially found my future sound GO-TO's!! Pricey, but WORTH IT!!!! Only con is battery life mildly short VARYING ON your personal sound settings. Otherwise, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!

I cant seem to see why these are so high on everyones list i mean they sound good nc is solid but i could never get the left earbud to play without the right one and thats a bummer for me..There are better options out there right now

The sound was amazing and the fit was fine. They just took a very long time to connect to the phone. Way too long. No wireless charging.

Works well ANC is very good I’m around loud equipment at work and the sound is excellent and very surprised with the battery life

These work great! They are comfortable and really block outside noises out! They are super for running, they stay put and provide excellent quality sound.

I really liked the sound quality and the way they stick to your ears, you can run and workout without worrying about this.

This is by far the best set of earbuds ive ever used, ive heard some have gotten duds but I did not. They are not anywhere near a set of headphones, especially not the momentum 3s, but they are still fantastic. The noise canceling is also quite good, it can peak if you are around very loud noises though. Things like dropping a pan onto a metal table, or loud cracks.

Feel great, sound great, app is cool. Problem for me is the battery life and the right side is the main so you CANT use the left side only. For $300 this is a cant buy.

Great noise cancelling with high definition sound. 10 to 12 hours of battery life. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality sounding earbuds.

A bit outdated as the case doesn’t have wireless charging and the battery life could be better but the case is a decent size, the sound is amazing, and overall the quality is above average

Took a second to figure out which of the tips fit best. The sound really nice and battery life is good too.

You can’t really listen to them, their volume is too low. They’re super elegant and their attention to detail for sound is unmatched, but can’t really appreciate it without volume

Great earbuds with amazing sound quality. Easily out performed the Raycons I replaced with these. Really useful app too, but the fit is tricky and hit or miss.
