The sound quality was the best out of all the earbuds I’ve tried recently. My biggest problem with these headphones was the same as the momentum three over the ear headphones by Sennheiser. For some reason when you’re turning up and down the volume it’s almost like it’s going up in steps. I could never find that perfect listening level. I also found that they would not stay in my ears comfortably no matter which gels I tried. Another problem I had was that hooky app.

Though the quality of sound is incomparable with those wired Sennheiser headphone, the noise cancellation effect is as expected, it would be nice Sennheiser can consider supporting multiple bluetooth devices so that we don't have to repair every time. As a user, I want to switch over to different bluetooth devices by using my Sennheiser - Momentum 2 True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones, so that I don't have to waste time pairing all the time. The time saved would be really appreciated, please add this feature!

Great for music and movies. Only issues ive had were with phone calls. Other people complain that it sounded like i was under water

Sounds great. Great quality for the price and overall a Great fit for my ears.

Overhyped and overpriced. I have smaller ears and these did not stay in that great. Sound wise I honestly do not hear it. These are legit ok, the touch features are very finicky. The jaybirds have way better sound quality compared to these. I listened to them in my car for 30minutes going from genre to genre. Nope, went back to my airpods pro.

They sound great! Never drop, always super sreamline

Sound quality is great and the different size ear pieces are a plus. The only downside of these earbuds is that you can only have one device at a time connected.

I don't want to believe at first few days and I gave it a break in up to a week and compared it with with my other earbuds. Well, it is the best sounding earbuds, the winner. Great clarity, pure music, the creamiest sound and lots of power no matter what kind of device you use. It's kinda expensive though but it's really worth if you are an audiophile like me and music is my life.

Another State of the art creation by Sennheiser. Kudos!! From the beautiful design to the sound quality which will open your mind and ears to a different perspective of Sound. Worth the pricy tag but if you are looking for quality from a brand Such as Sennheiser who specializes in sound systems and such, then this is the piece you are looking for. Thank you team Sennheiser and Best Buy team

Excellent sound. I got these for winter when I wore head gear. My wireless beats would react to the cloth rubbing against it but these dont. Also great for when I wear masks as I dont need to take them off when taking my mask on and off. If you do not like things in your ear, these can feel bulky. Overall great sound and worked great for what I wanted.

Was going back and forth on whether to purchase this. Already have the first gen but read some mixed reviews about the Gen 2. Decided to buy them while it is on sale on the Sennheiser website. BestBuy did a price match. The sound difference is quite obvious in contrary to what most people have said. Best decision ever!

The battery drain issue from the firat gen ones was a straight deal killer as they would always be dead even if I never used them after charging them. However, that was because they paired with your phone even if they were in their case. The new 2nd gen iteration fixed the battery issue, but I noticed a distinct decline in audio quality from the 1st gens. Also, it might be just me but I noticed that the fit isnt as good as the last gen ones (might be just ear tip size) they're still good but I would recommend the sony wf1000x if it wasnt for their bulky size.

These are amazing earbuds, the clarity of songs are professional grade. Don’t expect fantastic sound using Pandora I use Tidal premium access and the sound pops.. I have a slight issue with the fit they tend to slip out. Purchased March 2021 finally giving a review, I've had buds and two months later fail therefore I wait.
