I didn’t have any connection drop problems. Usb-c charging is a plus. Sound is a bit on the neutral side. But you can adjust it via sennheiser smart control app EQ.

It has everything you could want in ear buds but if you want loud music this isn't the one. Returned it and bought a different brand.
