These earbuds have fantastic sound, but horrible audio delay making them unusable for anything but music. I ended up returning them because they just won't work for my needs.

After awhile they slip out of your ears. The sound on these are amazing! I love that you can customize them. But even if you dont, out of the box the sound rich and full.

These earbuds are amazing! Also online order and pickup from Best Buy is also outstanding and easy.

Not great for music. Cool buds, includes lots of different ear sizers/plastic. Good microphone quality. Music is alright, but my Jabra 75t take the cake on audio quality/bass response.

My first in ear headphones. I love them... but i'm afraid they may fall out. Better to have them clip on to your ear

Don't waste your money on Samsung or apple. These are the best earbuds. Call quality is weird but I didn't buy them for phone calls.

These earbuds are supposed to be noise canceling but when I tried them the noise canceling feature didn't work at all for all the background noise with them in. Pretty disappointing for the price

Sounded good until one of them quit working. Tried all the troubleshooting. Nothing worked. All happened after warranty.

The quality is great but I don’t like that it has to be used with the right ear bud as the master and I can’t use the left earbud by itself. The left one only works if the right one is out.

Bought these to replace Bose noise cancelling earbuds that had failed (purchased from Best Buy and still under warranty so sent to Bose and waiting on replacement). I needed something to use while waiting on the Bose replacements. I was very disappointed in the sound quality. They were "twangy" to me with too much high end and no or not enough low end. I returned them and picked up the Sony WF-1000XM4. What a difference. much better sound and noise cancelling quality.

They stopped working after a few months. Other than that really good sound BASS:)

These were okay… I actually prefer the air pods pro which I feel are way way better then these. I just feel that the air pods pro give you a louder sound over these

I was not impressed with design of these wireless headphones. It fit uncomfortable in my ears and the sound quality was not better than Boses’ quality. This my opinion though.

doesn't quite sound as good as the momentum 1s...anc is OK but not really worth a extra 130 over the first editions....score the 1s on sale

Maybe it’s me but I didn’t like the fit the sound quality at all. Also functions weren’t that user friendly. Maybe I got a bad set?

Purchased as a gift and so far she likes them, would be nice to have a little better range.

I really really love the sound quality on this Sennheiser earbuds however I couldn’t use one ear at the time!

Great headphones definitely recommend these. Super easy to use, great transparency and ANC.
