Customers appreciate the Momentum 2 True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones for their exceptional sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life. They also praise the user-friendly app that enhances the overall experience. However, some users express concerns about the high price tag, occasional connectivity issues, limited volume output, underwhelming noise cancellation, and the size of the charging case.

    Sennheiser is the Master

I have the Bose Soundsport. I have the Jabra 65T, the Jabra 75t. the Samsung first generation (Don't remember the model number), the Samsung buds of today, the Aiwa Pro, the Aiwa Pro 2, and four sets of cheaper totally wireless ear buds. The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireles 2 are buy FAR the best of them all. Let me talk about it. I heard that I should break-in the Sennheiser for at least 30 hours. I was like: "yea, right. Like that's gonna make a big difference?????" LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!!! I don't know anyone from Sennheiser, I don't know anyone who works for Sennheiser, I don't know what they do at their factory. Give me one minute PLEASE: DO NOT spend your money on other ear buds. If you do, it should be the Jaybirds. They are worthy. A worthy opponent. But if you want the best sound ever in a totally wireless ear bud, take my word for it: The Sennheiser totally wireless Momentum II are the best bet.

    Great sound but quiet

The sound quality is great and the equalizer while not the best is still good. The issue i have is that these are some of the most quiet earbuds ive owned. Just to get high enough sound to muffle cars or other people i need to put the sound 3/4 of the way to full sound. The ANC is pretty good but if i ever crush plastic wrapping it makes popping sounds in my ear.

The sound is so good. Also stays in my ear so much better. I get that the app isnt so good but once I set the equalizer I never needed it again. My Pros are garbage compared to these. Had them a year now.

Amazing (but make sure you like the ANC)

The sound quality is hands-down amazing. The best sounding wireless earbuds I have tried. The insulation and active noise cancelling are hit or miss: to me, these are not active or workout earbuds. The insulation made me a little dizzy (and disliked the way it made every noise in my body and every step echo in my ears), transparency mode is a little weird and when both it and the ANC are turned off, the external world is too muffled for a safe outdoor experience. But if this is not a concern of yours, then they are your best pick. The tap controls are kind of awkward but I guess it takes some time to get used to it. Call quality is perfect.

Sound does not justify the price

I bought these expecting the sound to blow my mind because so many reviews say the same thing, however to my surprise, the sound was nothing that would justify paying $300. In my opinion these are not worth the price tag and are worth somewhere around $170-190

These are the best earbuds I’ve ever used in my life! The clarity and high bass, mid, and treble combined with all the other features including the app that allows you to customize these earbuds even more is phenomenal! Hands down well worth the money!!

Painful, both in Price and Feel

Do not buy these headphones. I would give them four stars for sound quality, but I can't in good conscience give them more than 1 star for comfort. A pair of earbuds should be heard, not felt [as if they are creating a rift straight to Hell through your ear canal]. Hi! I used to love Sennheiser. I buy their pro microphones, I've owned their over-ear studio headphones. I wanted to get a pair of noise cancelling earbuds that came with the Sennheiser sound quality, and they certainly delivered. They provide noise cancelling, and the sound quality is magnificent given how small they are. But what I can't stand is wearing them. I do not have small ears, I do not have delicate sensibilities, but I cannot wear these earbuds for more than 30 minutes without them beginning to ache. After 45 minutes, they begin to hurt - both because of the plastic pressing against my upper ear and the silicone pressing against my inner ear. After an hour, the pain becomes excruciating. The 7 hour battery life is irrelevant, becauseI can't wear them for more than two hours without being reminded that I wore them for at least a day afterward. The earbuds come with multiple sizes, but in order for the noise cancelling mechanism to work, you need to wear a size that plugs your ear - a smaller bud causes less pain (though the pain never fully goes away), but eliminates the noise cancelling, which is the only reason you should spend so much on a pair of earbuds. What I knew I wanted in earbuds was good sound quality and noise cancelling - what I didn't know I needed was to be unaware that the earbuds are in my ears. These earbuds ensure that, even if they are more comfortable in your ears than they are in mine, that you will know they are there and you will need to adjust or ignore them every few minutes. The return window with Best Buy is an insane 14 days - within that 14 days, I made an attempt to get used to the buds. I thought if I wore them once a day for an hour or so, my ears would adjust. That maybe I just wasn't putting them in correctly. But after moving and adjusting and changing and sitting with them there, for up to 4 hours at a time, I can verify that they will never be comfortable, and that Best Buy makes that return window incredibly small on purpose. Sennheiser's return window is 90 days - Amazon's is around 30 days. When I tried to make a return with Best Buy around 16 days, I was laughed out of the store. I'm not saying don't ever buy an electronic from Best Buy again, but I am saying that when you make a purchase on incredibly expensive device you intend to use for awhile, be wary of companies who do everything they can to pawn off their garbage on their customers with as little room for adjustment as possible. I also contacted Sennheiser three times, through different channels, and received no response. I would advise never buying headphones from Sennheiser again - I do feel like I've been the guinea pig for a yet unfinished product, and it hurts quite a bit. Good luck.

Superior sound and build quality. Big Sennheiser fan. It’s all about the sound. Noise Cancellation is good, but not best in class. Pass through option is a nice feature. Highly recommend.

Good sound, and though they haven’t performed as well as other over-ear Sennheiser headphones I own. Works well on video conferences. Not sure if worth the price.

Bought them for my son. I've bought Sennheiser products before and have always had good luck with them. When I picked them up the cashier looked at me and said " great choice". These weren't his first set of true wireless earbuds I've bought. I asked my son how he liked them and got a one wrd response, awesome. Just picked up my second pair for my older son for Christmas.

I purchased these after watching multiple YouTube reviews and though these would be worth the fat price tag, but I couldn't have been more wrong! The vocals were crystal clear but the bass needs much improvement! Extremely disappointed! My recommendation is don't waste your $$$$ on these earbuds! Bose SoundSport or Quietcomfort earbuds have much MUCH stronger base!!!!

I have had these for a year and a half. Sound quality is pretty much the same as my previously owned Jabra Elites, which were about 120 bucks cheaper. Jabras are easier to use, better controls, and same sound quality. Also, left ear bud on the Sennheisers decides when it wants and doesn’t to work. Lastly, volume moves up and down as at pleases, causing the prompt voice to blare, “Volume Max!!!” and will not respond measures to change volume. Going back to my Jabras.

    Terrible Product For The Price!

I had to go through a stupid procedure to create an "account" write this review which I hate and never do. However, I felt compelled to do so anyway because these earbuds are that bad. First, I have never experienced more difficulty in "pairing" and connecting to bluetooth than with this product on my Apple phone. The app is useless and essentially without function other than you have to have it open to individually pair and connect to bluetooth. A real pain. They also preset the earbuds to zero sound which took a while to figure out. The equalizer is almost useless and only improves the sound if you move a dot over a single pre-marked spot. They sound okay, but nothing special, especially considering the $300 price tag. Most importantly, they are NOT LOUD ENOUGH. I am 54 and maybe losing hearing, but I like to crank it up. I had these at the highest level and found it to be totally unsatisfactory. Want some good honest advice? Get the Sony earbuds. $100 cheaper and twice as good. Paired up and connected to bluetooth instantly. A decent app with useful functions including a REAL equalizer that actually works. Good sound cancelling. Most importantly, they sound twice as good as the Sennheiser earbuds and they get LOUD. I bought the Sony's first and intended to give them to my wife with the mistaken expectation the Sennheiser's would be better. Fortunately, my wife is not an audiophile and she took the Sennheiser earbuds. I am keeping the Sony earbuds!
