    Not worth the price

Bought them for my husband for Christmas. It constantly disconnect while he uses it, does not fit in his ears well. I got them when he gave in a bought the Sony wireless headphones. And now I understand his pain. As a former airpod user, the connection to iphone is not intuitive, takes a while to connect, and you have to use the right earbud to get the phone (cannot use the left one). The app doesn't always work either. Additionally, 10 months after having them, the case does not even hold the battery lift anymore. I fully charged the case on a satruday, did not use them over the weekend. And when I try to use it on Monday, it earbuds prompt me to charge the case again. Very disappointed. Maybe it has good sound quality (not that i could tell), but not worth the hassle.

    Possibly Defective /Poor Quality

Got these brand new from Best Buy and they were either defective or consistent with quality standards of something made in China, because as soon as I picked these up, i made a joke about them being made in China before reading the packaging. Audio skipping on multiple devices, cutting out, audio will skip if your hand passes your head. No range outside of like 3 feet. If you take the risk of buying these, good luck. Either way, i ended up exchanging them for some real ear buds.

    Headphones fail every 6 months.

First set failed after 6 months. Second set failed another 4 months after that. Third set was stolen in transit and Sennheiser told me they wouldn't help me and I needed to contact my credit card company. Overall massive disappointment with the quality of the product and service.

    Awful sound quality

Sound quality is not good at all. They are very soft sounding have to turn the volume all the way up to hear them. They sound flat and bass is pretty much non existent. The EQ settings are difficult to use. have had way better quality for a fraction of the price. I will for sure go back to Sony as they are excellent when comes to sound quality.

I got these to replace my Logitech 935 over ear headphones and they are just garbage. It amazes me that the over ears are half the price and 10x the quality. Listening to youtube videos at full charge there was desync and crackling. I would expect better performance from a set of $20 headphones.
