Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Started off great, best headset I've ever used. Just under 2 months in the problems started. Right ear bud volume is stuck at like a 1. The mic also becomes low so people cant hear you, during phone calls. The worst is the sound that starts. its like the headset is trying to cancel out noises but isn't capable of doing it, so it sends a sharp annoying sound through the ear buds.

Easily break

I lost the receipt, and I am unsure if best buy could help me find it, but these have broken within three months of use. I did not take them to the gym or get them wet. They simply break after a period of time. When purchasing these buyers should use the best buy protection plan or just stay away.

Worst ear buds ever purchased!!

Had to get a replacement pair after 30 days and Best Buy did not want to give a replacement. After second set they right ear piece started crackling and then stopped working after 2 months.

Unresponsive service

Shutting off by them self in full charge. I’ve filed claim month ago and no any movement. I’ve send message to manufacturer - no answers for 2weeks
