Great sound but..
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is great and they are comfortable, but there are connectivity issues. They will randomly stop and will not start again with ear controls. Not a huge deal but it happens frequently for no apparent reason.

Until major changes, consider other headphones...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love these headphones, especially after spending so much money on them. I've owned Sennheiser products for years with the last pair being Momentum TW 3 earbuds, Which I would recommend to anybody. Pros: - The product feels and looks like it's worth the price, the quality all around seems excellent, it comes with a case, USB-c charger, 3.5mm to 2.5mm cable, and an airplane charger. - The sound quality is excellent and the adjustable Active Noise Cancelling is great. - Phone calls have been clear and problem free. - The Battery life is pretty solid, I can usually get through 3 days of 5-6hours listening (varying levels of ANC). Cons: - The headband is one of the worst headbands I've ever experienced on a pair of headphones, it's angled forward and due to the design it just keeps sliding forward until it's either just sitting over your forehead* or falling in your face. With the headphones sliding forward constantly you lose the Noise Cancelling because the ear cups don't completely cover your ears. So I constantly have to readjust the headphones, l cannot stress how annoying this is. *(I have a large head, so I never imagined this being an issue) - The touch controls are really nice, except that sometimes they just don't work, if you lean over or raise up your arm you'll likely pause the audio by brushing up against your shoulder (you can turn off touch controls, but then you're left controlling playback by pulling out your phone constantly). - The touch controls just stop working randomly, I've had these headphones for over a month and this has happened more times than I can count. - The headphones try to sense when they're on your head (if you take one ear cup off, they will change to let audio in so you can speak to somebody) but the issue is that it regularly cannot determine whether or not it's on your head, which interferes with certain features like double tapping to activate/deactivate ANC, tap to play/pause, squeeze/expand to adjust ANC. So you suddenly can't control anything and taking the headphones off once or twice might fix it. - Using Siri is difficult, you can click the power button once to summon Siri, but there's no audio cue that it's listening and the response is a faint whisper, I have yet to find any solutions for this... I've loved all my previous Sennheiser purchases, this however is the first one I would recommend people avoid, some of the issues could be solved with software updates, but ultimately this product doesn't feel like it passed the testing phase and we're the test audience. I wish I had returned these headphones to buy a better pair, but unfortunately I'm left with these and I hope Sennheiser does better in the future.

Incredible Sound and Comfort, With Minor Quirks
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using the Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed. The sound quality is incredible — crisp highs, clear mids, and rich bass that doesn’t feel overwhelming. I can tell a real difference compared to other wireless headphones I’ve tried. Battery life is amazing — I’ve gone multiple days without charging, and the 60-hour battery claim seems accurate. The headphones are also very comfortable; the earcups are soft, and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. The adaptive noise canceling works well in most situations, like at home or in the office, but it’s not quite as strong in very loud environments. The touch controls take a little getting used to, and occasionally Bluetooth can hiccup, but these are minor issues compared to the overall experience. Call quality is decent, though not exceptional, and the headphones are a bit bulky for travel. Overall, I love these headphones. They deliver excellent sound, comfort, and battery life, and the noise-canceling features and app customization make them feel premium. I’d highly recommend them for music lovers or anyone who spends long hours listening to audio.

Absolutely phenomenal
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mainly use for work and airplane traveling. Outstanding comfortable and the acoustic sound quality is absolutely beautiful. Sennheiser focuses on their signature sound and they knocked it out of the park with the momentum 4. With a ridiculous long lasting battery life, one of my absolutely favorite over-ears headphone.

Don't listen to owners of less than 4 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these after my Momentum 2s died. They simply sounded so much cleaner and less obnoxiously bassy than the Bose and Sonys. Unfortunately they have the same, and newer, problems as the Momentum 2s. Here's what it's like living with these headphones: You spend 3 days not using them. You want to go for a walk so you pick them up and hold the power button. They turn off. Huh?? Turns out, like always, they've been on for 3 days straight without being connected to any device because no one thought to create an option to have them power down. Oh well, you turn them back on. But oops, you didn't wait long enough so you're just holding the button for 10 seconds while nothing happens. Release and try again; oh hey, now they're in pairing mode instead of on, making this super loud bass-boosted chime. Okay turn them back off. Wait. Hold for 10 seconds and finally they turn on normally. "Connected" says a british woman because a simple chime isn't good enough. The battery life is obscenely good so you're still at 40% battery somehow after them being on all week. "Connected" it says again, connecting to your laptop. You walk out the door, "DISCONNECTED" she says again, interrupting your music. Thanks man, really needed to know that. The ANC is fine, but it suddenly decides that the lowest level should be worse than the second lowest, so you do the pinching motion until you get that level. Oops, you paused by touching the outside when raising your arms to stretch, which you can turn off but don't want to because there's no on-headphone alternative way to do that. Okay, now time to listen to music that sounds a bit duller after a year of ownership (just like the momentum 2's). Does that sound fun? I can tell you, it's not. These things are decent sounding headphones with fine ANC, they are by NO means "high end" and by even fewer means are they worth the absurd asking price, which is $100 higher than when I bought them a year ago. Steer clear, don't buy from Sennheiser and their awful product design team that apparently have no idea what it was like to own headphones that didn't scream at you back in the days of Aux.

Great Wireless Headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can’t go wrong with Sennheiser. My older model of the same headphones was great and lasted many years. This pair is definitely a step up. Better sound, longer battery life, and good noise cancelling. Plus they look awesome.

Excellent wireless headphones.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent sound quality and imaging. A bit weighted on the low end, but easily flattened by decreasing the lowest segment on the app's graphic equalizer a couple of db. Battery life is surprisingly good. I used them a couple hours each day for over two weeks before charging. Pretty comfortable.

Sennheiser Momentum 4, Great Product, But….
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Momentum 4 is a quality pair of headphones. The clamping force is kind of tight, but they are very comfortable. Great luxurious padding on the ear cups and headband. The build quality is good as well. The problem that I had with these was that I couldn’t adjust the eq, overall sound and volume output to my liking and I used them for a phone call in my quiet house and they couldn’t understand me while I was talking to them. I switched to my Bose QC’s and no problem whatsoever. I didn’t care for their app either. I don’t care for the way it is set up. It’s not the most user friendly app in my opinion. So just because these headphones didn’t suit me, a lot of people love them. I would recommend these because different people hear things differently and if I feel that they’re the right headphones for someone else, I would suggest them. I did return my pair to Best Buy and got something different.

Good sound, good mic, mediocre noise cancellation
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first time I’ve had the opportunity to try out Sennheiser headphones, though I’ve definitely heard of the brand before as a staple of quality for the category they fill. Overall, I have been happy with the audio quality, so if audio quality is your primary reason for looking at this headphones, I can comfortably say you won’t be disappointed. However one of the reasons I was excited for these headphones was the active noise cancellation (ANC). I work both in an office and at times from home, so I need to drown out noise from other people or children, and these headphones proved to be insufficient and less efficient than another pair of ANC headphones I have. The app these headphones pair with walk you through how to use all true features, like pinching to adjust the degrees of ANC, which was a neat feature, but even at its highest degree of ANC, I could still hear noises from other people or kids when wearing them at home. For contrast, I was wearing a different pair of ANC headphones at work when a fire alarm went off, and I didn’t know the fire alarm was blaring until I saw other people leaving the building. I used these headphones also while gaming and talking to a friend over in-game voice chat, and they mentioned my audio from my mic came through very clearly, so I have no concerns about the built-in mic. Ultimately, because I feel ANC is such a hugely integral part of a product like this, and this fell short of my expectations on that front, it’s not a product I would recommend. I still plan to use it for voice chatting and music, but I’ll need to use different headphones when I’m trying to concentrate while working.

Great value headphone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound, nice product, perfect pricing as long as below $200. The ANC is a bit weak compared with Sony XM5-1000 or Bose quiet comfort 4 but I love the sound. The app comes with EQ. They also have fine tune at the last choice of EQ so you can choose what you preferred. The headphone is slightly heavier than Sony XM5-1000 but I don’t really feel the difference that much. I can only use those I have to compare. And the soundstage is better than Sony for me. I still love Sony especially under noisy environment but for listening, this is better. I haven’t have a chance to test the mic, so I can’t really give comment. Just use it for pure music enjoyment for under $200 and you won’t regret it. But if you focus on ANC or mainly on Base, you might want to check out other brand. This has decent Base but not over doing it. People complain about the Bluetooth connectivity but I was lucky that I haven’t had any issue since I purchase a month ago. So I don’t know how long it will get to me but I can use a usb c dongle and it sounds even better. Just my personal opinion , hope it is helpful.

Good job, Sennheiser!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a top in terms of sound quality in the similarly price tagged headphones. B&W PX7 S2E could be slightly better in the mid range resolution, but sound frequency is fully wide and bass, especially sub-bass presentation is beyond the level of its competitor. It is U-shaped sound so vocals and mid-range is laid back, but except Bose QC ultra, it is quite a comon for thr consumer audio market headphones. Trebble is crispy but rarely piercing. NC has been improved compared to previous version. Although I had to return this for the budget of more premium headphones, I still sometimes miss this headphones.

Superb
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.one of the best ones I've got into my hands. Clean, sharp sound, great bass, long battery life, quick charge, beautiful interface on the app. I don't know what more I can say. I tried several on the range of 40mm dirvers. This was the best to me.

Great sound but connection problems are plenty
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the design and sound quality, although I find the sound slightly quieter than I'd prefer for home listening. However, I've encountered numerous connectivity issues with various devices, leading me to consider selling the headphones after less than five months of use. The multi-connection feature is both useful and annoying, especially when devices connect unexpectedly. Additionally, the automatic play/pause feature when removing the headphones from the ears is seen as a nice touch but has caused issues with audio routing. I also find the touch controls overly sensitive. Overall, I appreciate the build quality and sound but am frustrated by the many bugs and connectivity issues.
