Took all the best features of the PXC 550 and also added USB-C. This is the best headphone offering by Sennheiser by far. Double tap to turn noise cancellation on and off, it pauses YT or music when you wear the headphones around your neck, and the touch gesture is amazing. Loved the denim color because it matches my titanium blue iphone 15 pro.

These headphone remind me of the old Pioneer 100watt recievers with the big floor speakers. Just amazing warm and true to sound. I tried the Beats Pro and returned them within a day. The Momentum 4 are worth every penny. All the new headphones including Sony have this digital masking that is just terrible and the Momentum 4 sound like the way music should.

I generally don't like writing reviews on items I own for less then a few days, but unfortunately these headphones don't work as intended. Version 4.9.0 of the app does not pair with the Momentum 4 series. This locks you out of important features like EQ, ANC tuning, sound profile, firmware updates, and more. The inability to access the EQ is what's making me return these, as that's pretty important. Focusing on the experience with the headphones only, they're pretty good. The sound quality is very clear, but comes tuned with a more neutral and reserved soundscape. If I could use the EQ, this could easily be adjusted to fit me better. The touch gestures work good for controlling the device. The build quality is plastic, which feels a little cheap for a $400 pair of headphones, but it makes them lightweight and comfortable to wear. You can use the headphones over 3.5mm or USB-C to achieve Lossless audio, and pairing that with Tidal was great. I spent a good few hours on the phone with Sennheiser support, and while they were nice, they couldn't fix the app problem and wanted me to send the headphones in for a warranty claim, which would've taken weeks. If you have an Android, you can downgrade the app via their website, but for iOS, you're stuck with 4.9.0 with no timeline for an update. Given 4.9.0 has been out for months, who knows when they'll fix the issue. In the end the headphones got returned for a different brand.

The sound and battery life for these headphones are amazing. The noise canceling is not that great, but if you dont care about that then these will work splendidly.

Very good product; although the noise canceling isn’t the best, the music quality sure makes up for it. Would recommend to anyone looking for excellent music quality.

Worked well for a couple months but then connectivity issues keep popping up. Sound and comfort are great but doesn't matter if it's a nightmare to connect to your devices. Headphones pair and immediately disconnect, disconnect for no reason after 20 minutes, or lose connection after working for hours and require countless attempts to pair again in an endless loop of frustration. I looked into return policy but very confusing. It appears because they worked well for a couple months I'm now well beyond any chance of getting my money back at this time. So frustrating!

Every single time you tip your head downward anything other than a 90° angle to your neck, the stupid things pause. Sometimes when the music comes back on after you lift your head back up again, it will go to your iTunes. Sometimes it they will just pick a random YouTube video and start playing that instead. It is unbelievably frustrating there has to be way more better options than these headphones

These headphones are amazing! It's a complete experience listening to music in these cans. I feel as if im complete now.

Bought these because they were on sale. Heard they sounded amazing. They sound extremely good but anyone around you can sing along without missing a note. Even around 40-50% volume it leaks bad. Tried everything to make sure they were sealed properly and it never improved. If Sennheiser can fix it they will have something, until then pass.

Very, very good sound quality. But there is no downloadable program for PC than you can change EQ or levels. Sound is really not that loud when turned all the way up and when wired to aux the sound quality sucks...

Greatest purchase ever, I am very glad that I decided to buy these.
