Pretty good headphones had Sony before probably better

The sound quality is incredible, I love these headphones. Only issues I have with it leans more on the accompanying mobile app. The auto connections can be quite annoying, with what seems to be no way to turn off automatic connections to devices.

Great headset for a great price. I love the sound quality and the clarity. The audio books I listen to are so clear I understand every word said. Music sounds fantastic. Super happy with this wonderful purchase!

These headphones have an unbelievable sound although they cant be put on a high powered DAC cause they distort but for you day to day music from you phone they are great nice and clear. Not too much bass like the sonys xm5.

High quality, but i couldnt get the soumd to be what i wanted. Seemed quit and a little like the soumd was coming from a pillow.

Great sennheiser sound like you expect. I hate the auto on and the active noise cancellation is a little slow to kick in but otherwise very nice.

It satisfy my expectation on the size and comfort when wearing it. For the sound quality, I am still searching for the best equalizer configuration. It would be nice if there is some guide to find one’s optimal configuration on the user manual.

I tried so many brands, this paid is by far the best, the quality of sound is absolutely phenomenal, pure clarity of speech or music. I just love this new pair I purchased. it worked beautifully out of the box.

Best battery and sound out of any wireless headset

Sound quality has been amazing. I love the touch feature for the controls, and super cool when you just pick up the headset and put it on, that it flips on and connects auto. Very happy with my purchase

I love how comfortable they are, the noise cancelling is amazing. I dont hear anything else while in in the gym. Trhe omly annoying thing is its sensitive to touch j so sometimes when i do certain exercises it pauses my music

Best Buy did right buy it offering these headphones. Love the color love the design. Their great headphones right after purchase. First time start up putting on my head immediately had a Update for manufacturer they were great.

The headphones are comfortable, the quality is excellent, but my experience with these headphones have been frustrating. They will inexplicably stop playing music while I am wearing them as intended. When the music is playing and I remove the headphones, the music continues to play. I've carefully reviewed all the settings in their Smart Control iOS app, but despite my settings, the headphones can't seem to give me a consistent listening experience. It may not seem like a big deal, but over time, it gets old and further feeds into my frustration.

Sennheiser is the best in the business for a reason, these headphones are worth every penny.

So glad I purchased these instead of the Sony’s.. I’ve owned the Sony m3’s and they aren’t cold weather headphones.. features didn’t work AT ALL.. picked up the Sennheiser’s wanting something different THAT WORKS IN COLD WEATHER. and satisfied with my purchase.. if you’re on the fence, these are a GREAT buy, GET THEM!!

I Was not impressed. So many great reviews I've seen about these headphones, so i was very excited to try them out. I was shocked at how below average these sounded. The bass was average, the music sounded cloudy and thin. And the volume is not really loud. I love the details in the build quality. For $400 these were a let down. I returned them the same day.

First of all most important thing, they sound great, I was immediately surprised at how clean and balanced everything sounds, from music to movies/tv shows. Once you get it connected to your main device it is very simple and easy to turn on and start listening. As for the bad, the touch controls can be a little bit finicky when you first get the hang of them, the companion app is very bad and I don't even use it anymore, and you basically have to use these with noise cancelling on because otherwise the sound comes out a bit hollow. Also, my first pair developed this weird issue where the right pad was producing a weird overwhelming static noise that there was no way to fix. Got them swapped and new pair are going strong.
