    This product doesn't stay connected to any of my devices without having to reset it every 20-30 minutes. It also does not hold a charge very long. And the sound quality is certainly not superior.

    [Employee of bestbuy] I LOVED these headphones! The color, The sound, The weight. All I needed a headphone. One issues was how unimpactful the low end was with this model. Very clear separation in all of the instrumentation when listening to music, but lacked a punchy Low end. The noise canceling on these also could be better.

    I love the case its very nice, the accessories are nice it comes with a headphone jack which it's very convenient also good for long term. it's a very nice change from my airpods Max's which are nice but they kind of feel heavy in some cases these don't feel like they're as heavy over time
