For $299 I really doubt there is much better
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Nice full sound. Even fairly heavy bass if you want. You will want to download the Sennheiser app to really dial in the EQ you prefer. The noise cancelling works very good as well, it makes reading a book really peaceful. They are perfectly comfortable with glasses too. The mic is surprisingly clear to boot. Cons: These are by no means heavy, but i wish they were a little bit lighter weight. The only other thing is I wish they got a little louder. They get plenty loud for sure, but i wouldnt complain about more. All in all, its worth it to me for 300+tax. Any more money and I would want full metal construction and higher end headband material/stitching.

Beat the SONY XM6 in my comparison
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these side by side with the SONY XM6 to compare. Out of the box (no tweaking) the Sony’s sound better, BUT Can get these to sound better than the Sony XM6 with a little EQ tweaking(a lot more room to mold on the sennheisers) Invest in an EQ APP (or use IN APP EQ) and tidal for best sound quality.(I use BOOM) Bass is a lot more clean sounding on these than the Sony XM6 (those were muddier and more commercial sounding) and I feel these sound louder once tweaked. (I felt like the Sony didn’t allow me to mold to my liking as much as these) Only thing that isn’t out of this world impressive on the sennheiser is the noise canceling/transperency (apple AirPods Max is still better than both of these in my opinion) but they are still good enough to make the music sound crisp. Ended up returning the Sony and kept these. Obvious price difference and Sony’s “better active noise canceling)wasn’t worth the price bump in my book:

Worth it for the extra battery life alone
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent sound, comfortable, great battery life. I've tried a number of the full-sized wireless headphones and found them all pretty similar--which means pretty good. Not as warm as a good pair of wired phones, and the touch buttons on the outside of the cans are pretty annoying as they are sensitive and imperfect, but surprising in their overall quality. The thing that really sets these apart is the battery life. Not having to worry about recharging a lot is a huge advantage on long trips.

Amazing headphone quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is top notch, even my little sister noted that she could hear every single instrument being played in each track, nothing muffled whatsoever. The batter life is also amazing, the advertised 60 hours is 100% accurate. They are also extremely comfortable, making them easy to wear for long periods without issue. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for high quality audio!

Momentum 4
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought an open box, excellent condition version of this headset. Great sound quality and extremely comfortable. Connectivity is sometimes an issue. If I accidentally hit the pause button on the side of the headset I won’t be able to hear my music or videos once I hit resume. I have to fully restart the headset in order to hear stuff again. The charging cable was missing from my purchase but I had an extra usb-usbc charger lying around so it wasn’t too big of a deal.

Great sound quality, solid for music, movies, show
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been using them for a few days now. Overall, a comfortable headphone with very good and clean sound quality. Maybe not the loudest headphones out there but that isnt really the point of these. My only issue with these is that they aren't great for gaming with friends. The sound switches to mono when using the mic and playing a game. Sound horrible. Maybe one day this can be solved for lol But they do sound awesome when using them for gaming and i dont need the mic.

Great headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unlike other manufacturers Sennheiser specializes in headphones and microphones. That in itself tells you they are engineered differently. Too much plastic to convey a premium feel, but otherwise they would be too expensive. Phone conversation is very clear. They are light , comfortable to wear. Music sound is fantastic and the battery life is impressive!

Amazing Sound and good ANC
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like these headphones - the sound quality is fantastic and the ANC is better than most I've tried. And the battery seems to last forever! My only gripe is that they seem to turn themselves on from time to time without even touching them - I'll be watching a video on my phone and the sound will go out because these headphones turned on and connected the bluetooth on there own. a small gripe, but an annoying one.

Comfort, quality, battery life, generational
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought 2nd pair of these for my college bound son in dorm life. These sound amazing and the battery life is insane. I asked him 1 simple question before I bought them. Do you want quality or brand - what’s more important to you? I was thinking he’d want apple being an 18yr old. Nope! He said quality and he loves them. I use them at my office where I have to hyper focus and I have loud coworkers around me. The auto on/off is amazing and the over the ear comfort is great. I’ve bought 5 different headphones from this brand and they never disappoint. I usually just end up eventually after years wearing out the physical structure of a device.

Excellent buy!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are amazing! I was skeptical however after the first juice I'd love the future where you just place The headphones on your head and automatically syncs and turns onto your music. Rich sound quality that doesn't sound like your in a tin can. I was super impressed with the battery life. The tap controls simple and easy to learn and to use. The construction of the headphones are good sturdy and they don't feel like they're going to break . I like the fabric on top of the headband and they're super light and actually fit around your ears so you don't get that annoying press on your ears. Excellent buy and worth the cost.

I think Sennheiser missed on this one
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing hardware as always from Sennheiser like always. Comfortable fit and good build quality. Major problems with software and features. I got these to upgrade from the PXC-IIs that were starting to drop my connection after 4 years of use, while, the PXC-IIs were not perfect at connecting with more than one device at a time, they preformed far better than the M4s. I will be listening to music or on a call and if battery saving auto detection mode are on, the M4s would randomly disconnect, even with active audio coming out of the headsets. This ought to be a simple firmware fix, but reading online it seems this has been an ongoing problem since launch. I really wanted to love them because my PXC-II were amazing. Another pet peeve is that you can’t turn off ANC at all, you can only toggle transparency mode across a slider. All in all the M4s are great for reproducing sound and ANC, and the battery life is amazing but all the poorly implemented “features” make this model a miss for me. Might be returning them.

High Quality Sound, ANC is decent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.High quality over the ear headphones. The noise cancelling isn't great but the audio is fantastic. Gets more comfortable over time as it breaks in. Great battery life.

Good Audio and Battery But
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good audio quality. Must use with SmartControl app thought. Wished max audio was higher. At times it's hard to hear while in loud environments such as airplane. Note that my hearing isn't well. Excellent 60 hour battery.

Honest review
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had these headphones for a good while, I even bought a second pair for my brother. The sound quality is amazing, it sounds detailed and clear. It’s a very comfortable pair, sometimes it does cause some discomfort for me since I have longer hair, but otherwise it’s comfy. The battery life is stellar, I go days without charging them yet they still work. Overall my favorite pair of headphones.

Best sounding noise canceling headphones
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the best sounding noise canceling headphones I have ever owned. The sound and noise canceling is customizable in the app. The bass is perfect. The highs and mids are nice and clear. I had the Bose CQ 35 II, and these are so much better for sound quality. The Bose is a better for noise canceling, but the sound quality is my primary feature. The comfort and battery life is great. I am very satisfied with these headphones and would recommend them to anyone looking for the best sound quality in nose canceling headphones.

AMAZING sound quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is AMAZING! I was expecting the best when I purchased these and yet I was still shocked at how well everything sounds. My favorite is how well the bass sounds. Noise cancelling does its job very well too. They are comfortable to wear. Easy to charge and it gets many hours to a charge.

Best Bluetooth Headphones on the Market
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best headphones I’ve ever purchased. I’m an avid gamer and frequent traveler so I’ve tried my fair share of headsets. From open backs to closed these are by far the best quality I’ve tested. It’s like getting your ears cleaned at the doctor for the first time. You’ll hear sounds you didn’t know existed. Just an added bonus that the app allows you to completely change the audio settings to your preference. The ANC works great as well as the transparency mode. Battery lasts forever without a charge. Only issue I’ve had with this, is making phone calls. Sometimes it has trouble connecting and the mic won’t work. If you’re just using these for everyday listening, I wouldn’t look anywhere else!

Senheiser did it, more like, they have done it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow, this headphones got the comfort of the QC45, the feeling of the XM5s, the weight of the Airpods Max, not that they are super heavy but the premium side of it, because this stay on my head with regular shaking compare to the Max, now, the sound is subjective, never had a Senheiser product before, I thought that it was gonna be Bassy and agressive, but no, is gentle even at loud volumes, you bring the bass all the way down and it still doesn't sound flat, is like it can do things that other can do but better, I never thought I was gonna find the perfect headphones but I finnaly did, Simply AMAZING, also, ANC is acceptable, and Ambient mode, the most important feature for me, I can say, not natural but totaly acceptable, I am very picky with my ambient mode, and I can say, for me is tottaly usable.

Great sounding and quality headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love these headphones! For the price the sound is definitely where it should be. They do last for several days without needing to be charged. I dropped a star because they randomly will drop connection.

Best Wireless Sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones perform way out of their league sound wise. This is as good as it gets with wireless headphones in that regard, and its not really close. It really does have that Sennheiser sound (the positives & negatives: you can definitely hear the infamous veil and 3 blob sound stage, but in my opinion those issues are more prevalent in mid or hifi set ups as opposed to wireless). The customization options also boost it in that department, allowing you to create your perfect sound profile. Where it does lag behind is in the noise cancelling and comfort departments. The ANC isn't anything more than standard, which becomes lackluster at this price range, especially if that's one of your main sticking points. Comfort wise its very individual dependent, since the small earcups have caused me some issues which pale in comparison to the Bose QC Ultra, for example. Friends who've tried them haven't had those complains, though. These are my personal pick out the top line wireless headphones because I prioritize sound quality & battery life, which are the biggest strengths of these cans. If your priorities are more geared towards top of the line comfort & convenience, the Bose or Sony offerings might be a more wise purchase.
