Good sound, terrible user experience

Audio frequently pauses or cuts out with simple head movements, making it nearly impossible to use for active tasks like yard work—even though my old Sony WH-1000XM5s worked flawlessly in the same environment. The power and Bluetooth controls (3-second and 5-second presses) also feel awkward and unintuitive. Overall, I can't recommend these headphones due to these usability issues.

According to customer support it is a software issue. The sound is great but the comfort level is about 6 out of 10. It keeps falling on my forehead. It feels slippery and a little too tight around the ears. I will not buy this again. Bose is better quality overall.

The build quality and overall feel are somehow worse than Sony’s. Sound quality is underwhelming even with EQ, the padding feels like something from a $50 headset, and the ANC doesn’t come close to Bose or Sony. Expected premium… did not even get mid.
