[Employee of bestbuy] First of all. Out of the box the headphones are beautiful. They look good, they feel good as far build wuality goes. More metal that plastic unlike a lot of ither headphones. My main issue with these headphones is the app, and touch controls. The all is pretty basic, althought easy to navigate. I think the sound personalization option is very lame and limited. It doesnt let you use it and listen to your own music like sonys does, instead you have to listen to some crappy generic sounding pre made song that the app plays. Also you can’t listen to high rez and use sound personalization. Youre forced to stick with a five band eq. Noise cancelation is pretty sub par but they do handle wind sound better than abything else youll find at this price point. Batterly life is off the charts though. I used them for two weeks and didnt have to charge them once. The other thing is these headphones touch controls only worked half the time, and sometimes it didnt even realize the headphones were in my head. So that was pretty lame. Another thing is the headband has like a mm of foam before you just have plastic resting on your head, and the clamp force of these guys is irritatingly strong. Over all not super comfortable.

This headphones are extreamly good for the price when they are on discount. Its a little bassy and the sound profile is really really clear. MY ONLY CON its the ear pads. They are great quality and works wonders for Noise Cancellation BUT it gets very sweaty after hours of use. If you want to use this headphones for PC, make sure you Disable Microphone from the Headset as it bugs out the sound and do yourself a favor and get a BTD700 to use it wireless. Uses: Music and Gaming (PC).

This headset is crystal clear, very comfortable, and the smart technology is great (pauses when removing). Calls come through very clear, and the other person said it I come through better than using ear buds.

These headphones are really excellent. They are extremely comfortable and they have nice touch controls. The sound is really good too. Also a 60-hour battery life is insane. My only real gripe is the power on, power off function is a little janky imo.

This is the first time I’ve had the opportunity to try out Sennheiser headphones, though I’ve definitely heard of the brand before as a staple of quality for the category they fill. Overall, I have been happy with the audio quality, so if audio quality is your primary reason for looking at this headphones, I can comfortably say you won’t be disappointed. However one of the reasons I was excited for these headphones was the active noise cancellation (ANC). I work both in an office and at times from home, so I need to drown out noise from other people or children, and these headphones proved to be insufficient and less efficient than another pair of ANC headphones I have. The app these headphones pair with walk you through how to use all true features, like pinching to adjust the degrees of ANC, which was a neat feature, but even at its highest degree of ANC, I could still hear noises from other people or kids when wearing them at home. For contrast, I was wearing a different pair of ANC headphones at work when a fire alarm went off, and I didn’t know the fire alarm was blaring until I saw other people leaving the building. I used these headphones also while gaming and talking to a friend over in-game voice chat, and they mentioned my audio from my mic came through very clearly, so I have no concerns about the built-in mic. Ultimately, because I feel ANC is such a hugely integral part of a product like this, and this fell short of my expectations on that front, it’s not a product I would recommend. I still plan to use it for voice chatting and music, but I’ll need to use different headphones when I’m trying to concentrate while working.

Ever since switching to Sennheiser from JBL I haven’t been disappointed. These are great for working out or working outside. The sound is fantastic and the battery life exceeds that of their advertised life.

I really wanted to love these headphones, especially after spending so much money on them. I've owned Sennheiser products for years with the last pair being Momentum TW 3 earbuds, Which I would recommend to anybody. Pros: - The product feels and looks like it's worth the price, the quality all around seems excellent, it comes with a case, USB-c charger, 3.5mm to 2.5mm cable, and an airplane charger. - The sound quality is excellent and the adjustable Active Noise Cancelling is great. - Phone calls have been clear and problem free. - The Battery life is pretty solid, I can usually get through 3 days of 5-6hours listening (varying levels of ANC). Cons: - The headband is one of the worst headbands I've ever experienced on a pair of headphones, it's angled forward and due to the design it just keeps sliding forward until it's either just sitting over your forehead* or falling in your face. With the headphones sliding forward constantly you lose the Noise Cancelling because the ear cups don't completely cover your ears. So I constantly have to readjust the headphones, l cannot stress how annoying this is. *(I have a large head, so I never imagined this being an issue) - The touch controls are really nice, except that sometimes they just don't work, if you lean over or raise up your arm you'll likely pause the audio by brushing up against your shoulder (you can turn off touch controls, but then you're left controlling playback by pulling out your phone constantly). - The touch controls just stop working randomly, I've had these headphones for over a month and this has happened more times than I can count. - The headphones try to sense when they're on your head (if you take one ear cup off, they will change to let audio in so you can speak to somebody) but the issue is that it regularly cannot determine whether or not it's on your head, which interferes with certain features like double tapping to activate/deactivate ANC, tap to play/pause, squeeze/expand to adjust ANC. So you suddenly can't control anything and taking the headphones off once or twice might fix it. - Using Siri is difficult, you can click the power button once to summon Siri, but there's no audio cue that it's listening and the response is a faint whisper, I have yet to find any solutions for this... I've loved all my previous Sennheiser purchases, this however is the first one I would recommend people avoid, some of the issues could be solved with software updates, but ultimately this product doesn't feel like it passed the testing phase and we're the test audience. I wish I had returned these headphones to buy a better pair, but unfortunately I'm left with these and I hope Sennheiser does better in the future.

The sound quality of these are insane. Best on the market for wireless headphones in my personal preference. I also love the way these look. Subtle, yet incredibly premium.

Excellent sound quality and imaging. A bit weighted on the low end, but easily flattened by decreasing the lowest segment on the app's graphic equalizer a couple of db. Battery life is surprisingly good. I used them a couple hours each day for over two weeks before charging. Pretty comfortable.

Sound quality is definitely fantastic, can hear all of the different notes in any type of music you listen too. With the headphones being a handful of years old, and then going on sale often, definitely worth the month for a premium product on major discounts. Only thing that could be better is noise cancellation.

The Momentum 4 is a quality pair of headphones. The clamping force is kind of tight, but they are very comfortable. Great luxurious padding on the ear cups and headband. The build quality is good as well. The problem that I had with these was that I couldn’t adjust the eq, overall sound and volume output to my liking and I used them for a phone call in my quiet house and they couldn’t understand me while I was talking to them. I switched to my Bose QC’s and no problem whatsoever. I didn’t care for their app either. I don’t care for the way it is set up. It’s not the most user friendly app in my opinion. So just because these headphones didn’t suit me, a lot of people love them. I would recommend these because different people hear things differently and if I feel that they’re the right headphones for someone else, I would suggest them. I did return my pair to Best Buy and got something different.

I'm not an audiophile but coming from a pair of Skullcandy Hesh 2s, this is a different realm in sound. Crystal clear sound which you can modify to your taste. Great for all genres of music which is right up my alley. 60 hours of battery life is incredible!! Extremely happy with this purchase. No problems connecting to Bluetooth whether it's my S24 or IPhone 16.

Good headphones, but ANC gave me a headache. I was between these headphones and the Beats Studio Pro. A knowledgeable Best Buy employee said the Momentum 4 was better quality. The sound was great, and the ANC was pretty good. But after prolonged use (2+ hours, had used these on an overseas flight), the headphones gave me a huge headache. Not sure if that was a direct cause of the ANC, but I felt like it was. However, as this is my first pair of noise-canceling headphones, I may be a bit sensitive. Overall, I like the headphones. I loved the feature of the Momentum 4 to be able to work with a wired connection. ANC also works on wired mode.

A lot of headphones focus on just rattling your skull with bass and end up drowning out all the details. These have excellent details while still maintainingnl an exciting thump! Trust thay sennheiser pedigree!

Sound is great and they are comfortable, but there are connectivity issues. They will randomly stop and will not start again with ear controls. Not a huge deal but it happens frequently for no apparent reason.

My new favorite pair of ANC wireless headphones. Overall solid with no real complaints. the appearance and build quality are top tear. I usually keep these in my war vehicle as it's extremely loud and the ANC keeps me from having to blow out my eardrums. The battery life is awesome too anytime I forget the last time i charged something is always a good thing.
