Works great so far. Device is comfortable, well designed and sounds great. Bluetooth connection seems to work amazing with my Android phone, my Windows 11 PC (which can be finicky with Bluetooth audio in my experience), my Nintendo Switch 2, and every device I have used. Battery works very well and lasts a long time, noise cancelling seems to work great, and the device can detect when it is put on your ears, when you remove a side or the headsets from your ear, and it is responsive and works well. Also, every device I have connected to seems to just work, so if I take my headphones into my PC room they are connected and ready to go when i put them on my ears but when going to lay down and listen to my phone it is connected there when laying down (and the same with my Switch when I go to use it). The device has it's own processors and systems that seem to remember your devices and with my Pixel 8 Pro at least it has worked great. You can also plug this headphone in via a standard audio jack or with usb type C slot on the headphones.

Phenomenal battery life! These are my office headphones and I listen to music occasionally and in a span of 3 weeks these have not dropped below 70% in battery life. They’re a bit clampy and squeeze your head when you first get them so get a shoe box or use its case to stretch them out. Aside from that, they’re incredibly comfortable! The cushions are soft and fit my ear entirely for a nice fit. The ANC is okay, my AirPods Max do a significantly better job. When ANC is on, the world around you is muffled and feels muffled, but it doesn’t do a crazy amount of work to decrease the noise. I took these with me to travel and on the plane I could hear the flight attendants on the intercoms clearly with 100% noise cancellation. My AirPods Max would make that intercom sound muffled. Transparency mode can definitely be better you can hear things around you but it’s not crystal clear. You can kind of detect where a noise is coming from and how far but it feels muffled, in other words its not accurate. If you don’t care much about ANC or don’t plan to travel with these headphones often, I highly recommend these because of their sound quality. These headphones biggest strength is sound. They’re surprisingly punchy in the bass but well controlled and don’t drown out any of the other frequencies. They sound insanely clear compared to the AirPods Max and especially against the Sony’s. Its soundstage is fine and isn’t as good as the Max’s (not by much though) but it’s detailed with its imaging. They sound AMAZING!

First, Sennheiser is a well trust brand in my tech/media circles so I had decent expectations for these, and they were met for the most part. Here are some basic pros and cons: - Good noise cancellation; not the best as I have another well known brand that is better, but they also cost more too. - Bass and sound is very precise and crisp - Light and modern design ; they are not big and clunky - Amazing battery life ---- I didn't even charge these the first couple of days and they lasted! CONS - The touch detection on the sides are a bit too sensitive. If I even wave my hands near them, the sound stops; this happens ALL. THE. TIME. - The auto power mode has become a nuisance; they turn on anytime they are moved, which causes my phone to connect to them at random times - Re-pairing these with a new device (so my husband could use them) caused them to disconnect and forget about my device and I have to reconnect it later. No doubt, these are quality headphones and do the job very well, but with the quirks, the random shutoffs, and connectivity issues, at THIS price point, there are better options that don't cost a ton more.

I’ve been using the Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed. The sound quality is incredible — crisp highs, clear mids, and rich bass that doesn’t feel overwhelming. I can tell a real difference compared to other wireless headphones I’ve tried. Battery life is amazing — I’ve gone multiple days without charging, and the 60-hour battery claim seems accurate. The headphones are also very comfortable; the earcups are soft, and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. The adaptive noise canceling works well in most situations, like at home or in the office, but it’s not quite as strong in very loud environments. The touch controls take a little getting used to, and occasionally Bluetooth can hiccup, but these are minor issues compared to the overall experience. Call quality is decent, though not exceptional, and the headphones are a bit bulky for travel. Overall, I love these headphones. They deliver excellent sound, comfort, and battery life, and the noise-canceling features and app customization make them feel premium. I’d highly recommend them for music lovers or anyone who spends long hours listening to audio.

Sennheiser's newest Momentum 4 Over-Ear headphones return their well known audio quality with a touch of modern styling. The Momentum 4's include a nice cloth-feel carrying case that included more goodies inside. Along with a quick tip manual, a USB C cable, aux cable, and 2 male prong aux to female aux adapter (for flights) were included with the headphones. After previously owning a pair of Sennheiser headphones during the early craze of the Beats days, I knew to expect outstanding audio quality and comfort. The earcups are soft and while the can make the outside of your ears sweat a little, were comfortable enough for me to be worn for hours at a time without ear strain. In addition to the comfort, they truly sound amazing and immerse you into what you're listening. From the blows of fighting to the wind blowing when watching the anime Attack on Titan, I really was in awe of how I could hear every detail in each scene. The bass trembled when buildings were toppled. Dialogue was crisp. As for music, highs were well pronounced and did not sound harsh. Lows were smooth and did not overly engross the music. To put how well these headphones sounded in perspective, I usually do not like to exclude myself from the outside world by drowning out outside noise with headphones. After wearing them for several hours, I am brought back to wanting to experience the immersive audio again. In addition to the thrilling audio, the Momentum 4 has outstanding battery life. According to Sennheiser, it is able to last 60 hours on a single charge. In my testing, I found the same. After using them for several hours a day (1-3 hours each day, sometimes less or more) for several weeks (not days, WEEKS), they performed amazingly and it wasnt until the beginning of the 4th week I had to charge them. WOW, crazy battery life. Another thing to also note is audio can be played wired without the need for the battery. If the battery does die, you are still able to play music wired via the aux port. Sennheiser added touch sensitive controls to their newest headset and included them on the outside of the right earcup. Actions include control for audio, calls, and noise cancellation. One of the actions while listening to audio is by tapping on the surface on the outside of the earcup, audio can be played and paused. Another action that can be done while listening to audio is by swiping up or down, the volume can be raised or lowered, respectively. One last action I would like to mention is when on a phone call, is by swiping to the left or right, the call can be ended or answered, respectively. I did find these controls helpful and did not find it easy to accidentally do any of these actions. Lastly, I also liked how Sennheiser incorporated for audio to be paused when the headphones are removed (setting can be changed from the Smart Control app if preferred otherwise). Sennheiser also has an app called Sennheiser Smart Control that can be downloaded from the Android or Apple app stores. This app allows you to control audio equalizer settings, update the firmware of the headset, a Sound Zones feature, Active Noise Cancellation settings, and a Sidetone feature (for adjusting how natural your voice sounds during a call). Right off the bat after opening the headset, there was an update that needed to be performed and the only downside to this was I found the update take over 40 minutes to install (Sennheiser did state before the update it could take up to an hour to complete). In the app, a cool feature I noticed was how you can set "sound zones". This lets you customize audio equalizer settings depending on your location. When you step into your "sound zone", your audio will automatically adjust to the setting you set in the app. Other than the amount of time it took to update the headphones the first time, the only other downside I found was in the new design Sennheiser incorporated in the headphones. The earcups are not able to fold in nor the headband and become more compact for storage as compared to the Momentum's previous iteration. They are only able to be stored in their U shaped position. Overall, the Momentum 4 sounds amazing and made me fall back in love with over-ear headphones. They sound great, are comfortable, and have new useful features that allow for control of audio and calls without having to touch your other device. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality headphones that will last them for years to come.

Got them on sale for under 200 bucks which feels lime steal now. Been wanting tnese for years after watching countless raving reviews -I literally collect headphones and true wireless IEM including all top brands such as B&O- but did not want to ahell out the original price. Anyways, tbey are up to my expectations and then some. Sound is tuned exactly the way i like it, have pkayed with the EQ but o find myself 99% of the time keeping the EQ off. Battery life is pretty much phenomenal at 60 hours with ANC on!! Comfortable, great phone calls for both partiies, ANC and transparency modes are way ip there. And Senheiser phone app is also top tier. Highly Recommended at the cutrent price and still recommend up to 300 bucks or so. Senheiser sound signature all the way. Love them

I enjoy these headphones, they are durable, have long lasting battery, great sound and the software is very useful. The noise canceling works great in the gym environment and they stay tight on my head during cardio. My only gripes invole the inconsistent and sometimes hypersensitive touch contol that will sometimes pause my music mid set and then fail to unpause when im done requiring me to go into my phone to resume it from there. Outside of that i love these headphones and would suggest them to anyone wanting to branch away from beats, bose, or skullcandy braded devices.

The Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones are simply excellent. From the moment you put them on, the combination of comfort, premium build, and incredible sound quality stands out. The Momentums are comfortable to wear with the leather around the ear pieces being very soft and the on the underside of the head band Sennheiser used a soft material there as well. The sound quality is great for music, movies, and audio books. I had no problems connecting the headphones to my phone, but did have to make multiple attempts to get them to connect to my TV. I’m not sure why there was a problem, but eventually they successfully connected. I also updated the firmware which took around 45 minutes. The update was successful the first time around. The headphones have active noise cancelation with can be controlled through the Smart Control app. Setting it to adaptive didn’t seem to work as well as setting it manually. When set manually, you can use a slider in the app which lets you adjust it to hear more of the surrounding environment or less. The active noise cancellation worked well when manually set to a higher setting compared to setting to adaptive. You also have a sidetone option which can also be set with a slider. This adjusts how natural you voice sounds on phone calls. You can set Sound Zones within the app which allows you to have custom sound settings based on location. When used, it will automatically change the sound settings based on your location. This is the first time I’ve come across this kind of feature in headphones. The app also allows you to see the battery level, enable/disable On-head Detection, Smart Pause, and auto power off timing. It comes with a case, USB-A to USB-C charge cable, audio cable, and airplane adapter. Something to note about the audio cable is that on one end it is 3.5mm standard plug, but on the other end the plug is smaller. The female port on the headphones takes the smaller end which is not the typical size of 3.5mm. I would like to have seen Sennheiser use the standard size port instead of something smaller. The controls are on the right side of the headphones. There is a button, led indicators, USB-C charge port, and the small headphone cable port. You also use controls by gestures on the right ear piece. The gesture control is helpful, but for some, it will take a little time to get used to using them. I think the Momentum headphones are a great addition to Sennheiser’s headphone lineup. The app and features are definitely a plus. I’m enjoying the sound I get out of these and would recommend them if you are wanting headphones for music, audio books, movies, etc.

Overall these headphones are fantastic, and of course they have the great sound Sennheiser is known for. I bought these to upgrade from my Sennheiser PXC 550-II, and what a great upgrade. The PXC 550-II are great, but these new Momentum 4’s are just that much better. The “pinch to zoom” type control on the side of the headset to adjust the level ANC/Transparency is by far the best added feature. Now instead of all or nothing you have control over how much or how little of outside sounds you want to hear inside the headset. 60 hours of battery life, and yes they really do last that long, i used mine for days before i had to put them on the charger. Also we finally move to modern times with a usb type C port. The newly revised smart control app is a major upgrade from the older one, plus it finally works on iPhone, for the most part haha. Some say the minimalistic design is a downgrade from the retro inspired style of the Momentum 3’s, but as for me i prefer the minimalistic design. I feel as though it makes them more casual where you could wear them to places like a gym and you wouldn’t feel like you stick out as compared to everybody else. The earcups feel great, as well as the size adjusting is nice and smooth, and fit my rather large head with ease. One negative i have though is while they have earcups that turn to lay flat they do not fold up into the headset for compact storage anymore, though they do make up for it with a very nice hard shell carrying case. 9/10 for me and i highly recommend these for anybody looking for great sounding headphones, with top quality ANC, and very long battery life. One of the very best headphones on the market at this time.

These are hands-down the best over-ear headphones I’ve ever used, combining premium build quality, exceptional sound, and unbeatable comfort for all-day wear. First off, the comfort is outstanding. The lightweight design, plush memory foam earpads, and adjustable headband make them feel like they’re barely there, even during extended listening sessions like long flights or full workdays. No pressure points or fatigue – perfect for hours of use without adjustment. The sound quality is breathtaking. Sennheiser’s signature audio shines through with rich, detailed highs, warm mids, and deep, controlled bass that never overwhelms. Out of the box, the sound is balanced and immersive across genres – from classical to EDM and podcasts. The Smart Control app lets you fine-tune with EQ presets or personalized sound profiles via an hearing test, making it incredibly versatile. Sennheiser has done it again; they’ve improved upon their noise cancelling wireless headphones with a new look and Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology in their MOMENTUM 4 Wireless over-the-ear headphones. The MOMENTUM 4 are the newly released version from Sennheiser and they have added even more user-friendly features than the previous versions while improving on their noise canceling technology. What’s in the box - The headphones ship with a great zippered carrying case, a USB-C charging cable, a 3.5mm audio cable for wired connection, airplane 2.5mm cable adapter and instructions/paperwork. The headphones fold flat to fit in the case which is a good size for traveling. They fit perfectly in the outside pocket of my backpack used for work and travel. The earphones were fully charged out of the box, so all that’s needed to get started (optional really, as they headphones will connect to your Bluetooth device anyway) is download the Sennheiser Smart Control app and customize the earphones. Some of the features are active at download but you need to create an account to access all the app features. There was a firmware update available for the headphones and it updated once they were connected. This took about 30 minutes. Smart Control App - it's a great tool for taking advantage of the many available settings these headphones provide like Connection Management, Equalizer, Sound Check, Sound Zones, Active Noise Cancelation, Adaptive NC Setting and Sidetone for phone calls. Connection Manager does exactly that as it lists your BT devices for connecting. One of the advanced features of these headphones is they can connect to 2 devices simultaneously. The Equalizer provides a handful of presets and can also be customized to the user’s preferences in Bass, Midrange and Treble. There’s also Bass Boost and Podcast sound modes to select. Sound Check lets the user selected from different sound options to create additional Equalizer presets. With Sound Zones the headphones can be set up to use specific sounds settings based on your location. The Active Noise Canceling setting can be set between ANC and Transparency based on user preference or can be set to Adaptive which will automatically switch the NC depending on surroundings and level of noise. Sidetone changes the sound of phone calls. My headphones came set to 50% and calls sound amazing! Fit and Function - The first thing I noticed when putting on the headphones was the plush feel of the ear pads and the headband. The cushy memory foam on the earcups allows for hours of use with no hot spots. The headband is not quite as plush as the earcup, but again, no hot spots or discomfort after hours of use. Adjustment of the earcups is easy with the slide bar to lengthen and the earcups rotate for a perfect fit. The build quality is exceptional, I expect these headphones to last for years to come. Cloth accents on the headband is also a nice touch. The headphones can be managed through the Smart Control app or with hand gestures on the right earcup. The single power/BT button is also located on the right earcup. Press and hold it for 3 seconds and you’re ready to listen to your favorite music or take a phone call. Pause/Play, Volume and phone calls can all be managed with finger gestures. It takes a couple tries to get them dialed in, but what a great feature. Music is paused when the earphones are removed and restarts automatically when put back on. Sound Quality - The sound quality is top-notch right out of the box, but the Smart Control app gives the user the ability to customize settings based on their preference. I did create my own Equalizer pre-sets and added the Bass Boost and wow, just wow! Quality sound as expected from Sennheiser! I messed around with the Adaptive NC setting and other features and found I liked setting the NC level to full ANC. That would be one area I felt these earphones fell a bit short compared to similar earphones. Noise Canceling was good, but not great. I use headphones when mowing the lawn and the MOMENTUM 4 just couldn’t block out the all of the mower noise. Phone Calls – This is an area the MOMENTUM 4 really shines. As mentioned earlier the Sidetone feature was preset at 50% and everyone I talked to said it sounded like I was right next to them. On the headphone side, sound was clear and very rich, not crackly like some headphones can sound. Top-notch in this category! Battery Life – I fully charged them upon receipt and after multiple days of use, they are still at 80%...this absolutely crushes the battery performance of my other NC headphones. And on top of that, there’s a quick charge feature as well. Worrying about battery life is completely off the table based on my experience to date. Pros: - Build and Sound Quality is Top-Notch - Ease & amount of sound customization and functions with the Smart Control app - Earcup Touch Controls - control your music, pause or call without ever touching your phone - Fit and comfort is outstanding, no discomfort even after hours of use - Taking Phone Calls – Best phone sound I’ve ever experienced, even in a crowded office - Battery life is exceptional - Great Carry Case for traveling and storage - Automatic On/Off feature Cons: - Noise Canceling has a little room for improvement…but sound quality makes up for this The Sennheiser MOMETNUM 4 Wireless Noise Canceling Over-the-Ear Headphones are one of my new favorite devices and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for great noise canceling, comfortable & stylish and function-packed headphones.

Overall, very comfortable headphones, the custom audio equalizer was amazing. I haven't heard sound in that type of light and dynamic range. The touch controls are a little difficult to use. Battery life is insane. I have a klipsch surround and steelseries over your headphones, shokz open run pro 2s, and IEM in earbuds, so I ended up actually returning the Sennheiser headphones, but I would have kept them otherwise.

Havent tested longevity, but sound quality and battery are amazing. Very comfortable too. Every sound is crisp and clear, even with a lot of noise pollution or a when playing hectic audio. Definitely the best multi purpose headphones I've tried. Good for music, gaming, videos, movies/shows, and pretty much everything Some connectivity issues though. Likes to connect to multiple devices at once and suddenly mute one or the other. Its a pain to disconnect them and I often have to turn off bluetooth so they dont reconnect. I've also had them suddenly cut out for about a second or two when the device is right next to the headphones. Its strange. Otherwise, they're great.

The sound quality is great, I listen to a lot of indie, punk, and metal. The ANC is pretty good, although you need to use the app to interact with that, and the app leaves a bit to be desired but is not horrible. Battery life is really good, I am a full-time college student and spend a lot of time with these on and have not dealt with them dying on me in the middle of the day. These are really comfortable. They're not heavy. They don't have an extremely tight hold that hurts my ears, but they also hold on tight enough to maintain a seal around my ears.

Great sounding headphones with good sound stage. Edm is great sounding alot of bass enough to rattle them on your head. Only complaint is controls cant be little wonkey at times where you have to reconnect the headphones to get the touch controls to work. Battery life is amazing wear them all day at work for 8 hours with anc at max and only have charge them about once a week.

I bought these for dual purpose - Teams Meetings at work, and for music. The good... The sound is great, nice bass, crisp high and clear mids. The sound cancelling is fantasic. Very comfortable, I can wear them for an 8 hour shift with no problems...no pressure on the top of my head or ears getting all sweaty. Battery life if great - I know I can go the whole work week on one charge. Now the bad - and I think it's mainly due to the software. The touch controls - these can stop responding, I then need to essentilly reboot them to work again. The touch controls can get a bit flaky, for instance double touching them should turn noise cancelling on/off but they can get into a state where it tell me "mute off" or "must on" but in reality, it kills the audio so I can't hear anything. Reboot to correct. Connection will sometimes drop...maybe 1 or 2 times in a work day. Usually in this case the "press and hold" option on the touch pad will reconnect. This happens with work laptop and my cell phone so that leads me to think this is related to the head phones. The touch pad might be impacted by hair, or clothing...but I have no hair that would impact that and I usually wear colarless shirts at work so that is not an issue. Maybe it's caused by random head movements? Maybe someone can tell me if I can a defected set? If so, I'd appreciate it...thanks

The unit I received with my initial purchase of these headphones had issues. If your headphones sound like they are not working evenly between the ears and turning the ANC on affects 1 ear more than the other, you need to return your unit as this is a flaw and not a feature. I exchanged my faulty unit and received a properly working unit which has been operating properly since Fall 2022. My experience with my good unit has been enjoyable. I also own a pair of Sony WH-1000XM4's. While the Sony unit has better active noise canceling, the sound and fit of the Sennheiser Momentum 4's are far superior. Sony headphones have always had a narrow sound stage for me with a sound signature like I have a couple of tin cans strapped to my ears. If all you listen to are Sony headphones you'll never hear the difference, but when I put on my Sennhesier headphones, the level of comfort and clarity of sound was a drastic improvement. Music is much more enjoyable and I can wear these headphones for hours at a time without ear fatigue despite my massive dumbo ears. And the battery! I can use these headphones for almost a full week everyday for 8ish hours and still have charge left over. Whatever Sennhesier has done to accomplish this has set a new standard for what you should expect from a top level set of ANC headphones. Overall I would say they are a good set of headphones to own, and an even better deal if you're able to get them on sale. Look for a deal and it will be well worth your money.

(were already on the 12 of Jan) Only issue I ran into is when it tries to connect on my phone, I primarily use it on my Ipad for movies. BUT thats not enough for me to give it a 4 star. Overall a great product, got it on sale, and it outperformed other higher end headphones.
