Very good head phones, love the bass it has, and the battery life is definitely gonna be the best factor, just wish it was a little louder but the noise cancellation makes it good enough that you don’t really need that extra volume

“These Sennheiser over-ear noise-canceling headphones deliver exceptional sound quality with deep bass and clear highs. The active noise cancellation blocks out background noise effectively, making them perfect for travel or focus time. They’re comfortable for extended wear, and battery life is impressive. A great choice for anyone seeking premium audio and immersive listening experiences.”

I have never owned Sennheiser headphones before They sound phenomenal like wow i was blown away and how good my music sounds!! The crips highs, clear vocals, mids and just balanced perfect all the way around, even bass is punchy and not flat. I have an Iphone 12 plus and didnt know how it will sound. At first, the volume was very low i had to turn it up to 65-70 to hear which hurt my ears. I did some research and after going under Settings then under Music; i turned off Sound Check and switched Dolby Atmos to automatic instead of always on.. and what an instant difference!.. songs were loud at 50 volume now and the songs sounded great! I have my preset to 0 on my equalizer sounds great without it. I am very happy with these headphones and i use them daily!!

Awesome headphones! Beautiful design and love the blue color. Sounds slightly better than my SONY MX5. Very tight mid bass, clear highs and mids. Excellent build quality. Oh and battery life (60 hours) is amazing!

I was in the market for over the head earphones. I have been reading reviews and watching video comparison between the B&W PX7s, Sony XM5 and the Senheisser Momentum 4. Note that all 3 are well within the same price range. If you own a device that supports the LDAC codec, then it would be a no brainer to get the Sony. But seeing a review from Darko on youtube where he compared the M4 to the Bathys by Focal did it for me. Boy was I impressed with the sound of this thing. Neutral and not bass heavy. I like the design more by Sony but I don’t hate the Momentum 4s design either. Very comfortable in my head and had worn this in a 4 hour flight easy without feeling of discomfort on my ears. Battery life is impressive with 60hours, have’t tried it out though since I normally charge mine when it’s in the low side, and I don’t keep track of the usage either.
Oh and I got these on sale for $299 which is a major plus.

These are my second pair of Sennheiser Momentum wireless noise cancelling phones. My previous pair were the 2.0 version. The sound quality in both is excellent. Where the model 4’s excel are in comfort, extended battery life, even better performing noise cancellation, comfort and construction. Basically, there are improvements in every area versus my original phones, which were themselves already an excellent product. In fact, I still have them as a backup if ever needed. Battery life is almost doubled versus my old phones.

The headphones are beautiful and sleek. They feel really nice and are comfortable. They have a great battery life for the most part. I didn’t like that they had a somewhat strong chemical smell and a Prop 65 warning label. I was also disappointed that the sound quality wasn’t as great as everyone said it was. I was expecting way more from these headphones in terms of sound quality. The sound quality is good but not what I was expecting. The noise cancellation was pretty great at times I did feel a slight pressure, but overall very happy with the features and noise cancellation.

I owned or tested several mid to premium Bluetooth headphones including B&W PX 7S2e, Sony XM5, B&W PX8, Bose QC ultra, and Focal Bathys. Not an audiophile, but have a trained ear. I use EQ.
While Bose QC Ultra and Sony XM5 blows the rest out of the park in Noise Cancellation and comfort, imo they are not in the same league as B&W PX 7S2e, B&W PX8, and Focal Bathys in terms Sound Quality (it's very subjective).
While, PX7 S2e and PX8 has exceptional separation, soundstage, clarity, and build quality, Momentum 4 comes close in all of those aspects. Momentum 4 is more fun to watch movies and general usage. Decent clamping force. I have a large head and clamping force is an important factor.
Top 3 for music:
1. Focal Bathys
2. B&W PX7 S2e (with wired connection. Bluetooth is also pretty good)
3. B&W PX8
Top 3 for watching movies and general usage (comfort)
1. Momentum 4
2. B&W PX8
3. Focal Bathys and B&W PX7 S2e (with wired connection. Bluetooth is also pretty good)
Most of the time I keep going back to Momentum 4 at the moment unless I want to listen to music in peace.

These headphones have checked all of the boxes for my personal needs. The ANC works well and can be adjusted via the app. The sound quality is phenomenal for this price range. Build quality is very nice and the overall comfort is great. I have worn these for 4+ hours continuously on a few occasions without ear fatigue. Battery life has been phenomenal. I have 30+ hours of use with 25% charge left on the initial factory charge and I tend to have the volume turned all the way up. There isn’t anything negative that I can say about these headphones. These set the bar very high and I feel you will agree once you hear them for yourself.

I’m thoroughly enjoying this headphone. The music quality is excellent, and the ear cushions are incredibly comfortable. The battery life is also impressive; I can use them for several hours daily without needing to charge them every week.

Honestly very slept on headphones. THE BATTERY LIFE TRULY LIVES UP TO WHAT IT ADVERTISES! ANC is A1. Phone calls and mic are good. Listening to music, tv shows or movies, sound truly superb. It’s the little details that matter and they show especially when watching tv. Never had any connectivity issues. Only one problem I had but I’m still willing to give it 5 stars is that after almost 2 years they started tearing. Other than that, no other complaints. These deserve more recognition

If sound is most important, these are the best overall in the class/price range. Better than Bose (by far), better than Sony or any of the other brands in the class. Very clear, good separation and more than enough bass (very low, but still tight/clear and able to rattle your head if you're into that). The noise cancelling isn't quite as good as Sony or Bose, but still more than adequate for any situation. They are very comfortable, feel very premium and the case is sturdy and feels very premium as well. And the battery life is far and away better than any of the competition.
I have multiple pairs of headphones in this class and these are a pretty clear winner.
Can't recommend enough.

I'm not an audiophile but coming from a pair of Skullcandy Hesh 2s, this is a different realm in sound. Crystal clear sound which you can modify to your taste. Great for all genres of music which is right up my alley. 60 hours of battery life is incredible!! Extremely happy with this purchase. No problems connecting to Bluetooth whether it's my S24 or IPhone 16.

I purchased these initially for my daily train ride commute. The sound is excellent, battery life is great, and theyre comfortable and store nicely in its case which i throw in my backpack. Just by chance I used these for gaming with a wired connection because my new nova pros didnt work. WOW. I really enjoy these!

Sennheiser's newest Momentum 4 Over-Ear headphones return their well known audio quality with a touch of modern styling.
The Momentum 4's include a nice cloth-feel carrying case that included more goodies inside. Along with a quick tip manual, a USB C cable, aux cable, and 2 male prong aux to female aux adapter (for flights) were included with the headphones.
After previously owning a pair of Sennheiser headphones during the early craze of the Beats days, I knew to expect outstanding audio quality and comfort. The earcups are soft and while the can make the outside of your ears sweat a little, were comfortable enough for me to be worn for hours at a time without ear strain. In addition to the comfort, they truly sound amazing and immerse you into what you're listening. From the blows of fighting to the wind blowing when watching the anime Attack on Titan, I really was in awe of how I could hear every detail in each scene. The bass trembled when buildings were toppled. Dialogue was crisp. As for music, highs were well pronounced and did not sound harsh. Lows were smooth and did not overly engross the music. To put how well these headphones sounded in perspective, I usually do not like to exclude myself from the outside world by drowning out outside noise with headphones. After wearing them for several hours, I am brought back to wanting to experience the immersive audio again.
In addition to the thrilling audio, the Momentum 4 has outstanding battery life. According to Sennheiser, it is able to last 60 hours on a single charge. In my testing, I found the same. After using them for several hours a day (1-3 hours each day, sometimes less or more) for several weeks (not days, WEEKS), they performed amazingly and it wasnt until the beginning of the 4th week I had to charge them. WOW, crazy battery life. Another thing to also note is audio can be played wired without the need for the battery. If the battery does die, you are still able to play music wired via the aux port.
Sennheiser added touch sensitive controls to their newest headset and included them on the outside of the right earcup. Actions include control for audio, calls, and noise cancellation. One of the actions while listening to audio is by tapping on the surface on the outside of the earcup, audio can be played and paused. Another action that can be done while listening to audio is by swiping up or down, the volume can be raised or lowered, respectively. One last action I would like to mention is when on a phone call, is by swiping to the left or right, the call can be ended or answered, respectively. I did find these controls helpful and did not find it easy to accidentally do any of these actions. Lastly, I also liked how Sennheiser incorporated for audio to be paused when the headphones are removed (setting can be changed from the Smart Control app if preferred otherwise).
Sennheiser also has an app called Sennheiser Smart Control that can be downloaded from the Android or Apple app stores. This app allows you to control audio equalizer settings, update the firmware of the headset, a Sound Zones feature, Active Noise Cancellation settings, and a Sidetone feature (for adjusting how natural your voice sounds during a call). Right off the bat after opening the headset, there was an update that needed to be performed and the only downside to this was I found the update take over 40 minutes to install (Sennheiser did state before the update it could take up to an hour to complete). In the app, a cool feature I noticed was how you can set "sound zones". This lets you customize audio equalizer settings depending on your location. When you step into your "sound zone", your audio will automatically adjust to the setting you set in the app.
Other than the amount of time it took to update the headphones the first time, the only other downside I found was in the new design Sennheiser incorporated in the headphones. The earcups are not able to fold in nor the headband and become more compact for storage as compared to the Momentum's previous iteration. They are only able to be stored in their U shaped position.
Overall, the Momentum 4 sounds amazing and made me fall back in love with over-ear headphones. They sound great, are comfortable, and have new useful features that allow for control of audio and calls without having to touch your other device. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality headphones that will last them for years to come.

Very nice sound quality. Noise canceling on them is great. I do like how you can adjust the amount of noise while wearing the headphones. I would like for future headphones to have easier touch controls and maybe have some kind of buttons on the headphones to make it easier to do whatever you need to do (increasing/decreasing volume, no noise cancelation, etc). Battery is amazing on them as well. Overall, I would highly recommend these headphones to someone who wants great sound quality and all day comfort.

Had a pair of Beats Studio headphones that were very uncomfortable and could not wear for long periods of time without my ears hurting. Returned them and got a pair of these and the sound quality is like no other. Super comfortable and noise cancellation is most excellent. Battery life is the best out of any headphones I’ve had. Can go for a week using them daily and still have 40% battery left. Def worth the money. With Sennheiser, you know you’re getting maximum quality. Highly recommend!

This headset was a bit pricey, but I love the comfort and the sound quality. Been using it for months and the battery life is great hardly ever need to charge it. And it’s holding up well with no major wear.
