    Only issue and it could be user error is they don’t always stay connected via Bluetooth when I want them too, but pairing is always quick and easy

    Purchased 12/1/22. Worked great until September 9, 2023. Apparently this model, as good as it sounds, has quality control issues which are known, but are unresolved. May want to do a bit of digging before purchasing. I truly enjoyed the sound and the comfort. But I expected more than 9 to 10 months out of them. I hope that perhaps Sennheiser will stand behind them.
