    I have minor high frequency hearing loss and these headsets enhanced dialog and background sounds which I had been missing for years. Sound quality and ease of use are excellent; however, I just could not get comfortable wearing them for more than a few minutes, even after augmenting them with the much more comfortable Model 185 ear cushions. I have a larger size head and the fit was a just too tight. However, I definitely recommend these for most.

    I got these because my wife has severe tinnitus and other hearing related issues that require very low volume when watching TV. I can now enjoy the full loud movie theater experience while not bringing torture to her. Even she has used them. They block out background noise she can listen at a super low volume while still hearing every word. Quite comfy and easy to set up.

    its great the optic cable comes loose won't work needs some kind of cable that snaps on.
