    Clever international plug for power cord needed replacing before headphones were synched with tv. This required an appointment in store, in spite of the fact that the problem was diagnosed with a 30 minute chat with a very competent Best Buy representative. It was easier to return the device.

    Extremely good quality - less expensive than "professional" sets and more expensive than some less quality sets. We have two of them on different TV's and think they are great. Our 3rd set/TV less expensive but quality not quite the same, either.
