could not get it to hook up to my tv even with help from family members had to return it

If you have hearing issues and your family complains about how loud you have the TV, this is for you. Hooks up optically or digital and has very good sound. You can control the volume without affecting the outside TV sound.

Had to exchange the first one but replacement worked great.

I recently purchased a new television & my old headphones were not compatible. I was looking for a brand and style that would work. And I did! Not only did they work with this tv, but the sound and the options are fantastic!!

If you want to listen to music or TV sound, without disturbing others, these headsets are great. The audio is super and surround feature works great. Your significant partner can sleep, while you enjoy your shows.

So glad I bought these! I can hear the tv now without having the volume cranked up. Wife is so happy! Would recommend these highly for anyone having trouble understanding voices on the tv.

Between this past August and today I have purchased 3 Sennheiser headphone units for use in wireless TV viewing – 2 RS 195 units from Amazon and 1 RS 175 unit from Best Buy. All exhibit an identical design flaw: the contact charging plate in the headphone band will not connect with the contact charging plate in the base unit when set in its cradle. The headphones cannot be charged and so cannot be used. When I spoke to a representative at Sennheiser customer support describing the problem, he claimed to have heard of no other customers experiencing this issue. Yet I have received 3 different sets from 2 different vendors over the course of several months, all unusable because none can be charged to power up. Incredible.

I watch tv in bed at night so my wife got these for me so she could sleep undisturbed. The sound quality is great. I've even walked downstairs and out to the kitchen and I don't miss a word. We're both very happy with them!

I bought these headphones for my mother who lost her hearing. I was hoping these would enable her to hear better while looking at TV. She still could not understand what the TV was saying. For me, I loved the headphones!

I have these headphones for TV because of my hearing lose. They Do a great job and meet all my expectations. I want another pair for A backup. They have no hissing and block out all noise.

Great headset to watch tv without disturbing others.

Fantastic product. My husband has hearing loss and now he can hear the softer sounds without me being deafened. In fact he wears it in another room to listen to music and I can keep the volume low in the main room.

Gift for my husband ... loves the sound quality and volume options on the headphones. Best part is that they are wireless! Wife loves them because now the TV is not blaring all the time.

After a month went back to store and then was able to hook up. Sound is good, Uncomfortable. Too tight on head. But I think they will loosen up. I am keeping them because the hassle of returning is too much.

I bought two of these headphones and absolutely love them. They have great noise cancelling and come with three settings for surround sound. You can also pair two headphones to one transmitter which is great.

I can quietly and comfortably watch TV without waking my wife. The controls are easy to use and the sound is better than the TV speakers with almost all noise contained within the headset.

Very good quality! Completely silent- no hiss at all. Has excellent base even when not engaging the super base mode. Great for action movies. Is almost silent when headphones are on so you won't disturb anybody.

I recently purchased the Sennheiser Wireless Headphones for use at home. As a person with only 1 ear, this is an INCREDIBLE headphone that provides the BEST quality sound I could ever expect. Highly recommend!
