the sound from my head set is perfect!!.its like sitting in a theatre and never having to hear my phone ring or any other distractions!

Great headphones for hearing impaired. Doesn’t cut off sound coming out of tv for the other viewers.

Purchase for my dad in-law. Tried them out at home by myself and they are great. Good sound, also aurround sound. No latency issues regarding video/sound. Seem well made and look great. With the digital optical audio connection you can mute the big screen (or choose tobhbe it on) while wearing the headset.

Although these headphones aren't noise cancelling, they do block out a lot of the noise in the background. The sound quality is excellent.

Very crisp audio and I use these headphones because I have a slight hearing problem...these really help. I could not use my sound bar however.

Sennheiser has always been superior to all the rest of headphones. Never had one yet that was disappointing!

This product is great. I can sleep and not hear the tv. Only thing is I had to buy an adapter, our tv was not equipped with the right outlet on the back.

As far as sound is concerned, they sound pretty good and do block out a lot of noise when they are on even though they aren't noise cancelling. The problem is the sound skips out. These use the 2.4ghz frequency and any other device that uses 2.4ghz interferes with the signal. Devices that use 2.4ghz are smart home devices like smart bulbs, switches, echos, google hubs, etc. Also things that connect to the internet like your blu ray player, smart tv, game consoles, and anything that connects to the internet where you don't have a choice of 5ghz. The company says to move your headphone base away from the router a minimum of 20 inches. Mine is farther than the minimum and still skips out. The only people these will work for are those that don't have a smart home and only use the internet for their phone, tablets, and computers.

I love to listen to music and these headphones let me roam my apartment listening to the tunes I love without disturbing my neighbors!

Works well for me Ruth my limited hearing. I can hear the TV so much better. I feel like I am on the same wavelength as my family!

I bought these for my husband, they have made watching tv so much more pleasurable. Can stay in same room now

They are pricey, but work much better (no static, very quality sound) than the lower priced models I've tried. Very pleased.

These headphones are great! I would strongly recommend. You deserve to block everything out and enjoy a movie.

The surround sound on these headphones are amazing and when on sale the price is right.

The product is very useful and works absolutely fine. However, I had to return as I could not wear it for long as my ear hurts.

This is the 2nd one we purchased. Recently my 99 year old mom spent some time with us and is extremely hard of hearing. She had been using an other brand which didn't work very well. She loved this system, so she took ours and we had to get another. The only problem she's had with hers is when she moved into a retirement home recently, it stop working. The digital/optical wire that comes with it is very thin and broke in the move. When we replaced the wire, it worked perfectly.
