    Followed directions can not get them to work. this is the third pair of headphones I have purchased from Best Buy. Will go into today to see if they can resolve it this issue. Directions on directions not clear. Followed it to a T.

    I bought these head phones for my dad’s birthday. He has damaged his ears running heavy equipment. First time he put them on was for a football playoff game. He never knew an announcer was calling the plays and commentating during the games! The look on his face when he could hear the tv for the first time was priceless!
