    Set up with Samsung was a little unclear but once that hurdle was cleared, very enjoyable set of ear phones.

    I have a hearing problem and have use Sony headsets for 10 years. With them I can hear the television. My new TV has a 1 connect and would allow the plugs to go into. Looking for a solution, I went to Best Buy..and this was the suggestion. I was happy it could connect, however, the volume isn't as loud. As a result, I am very disappointed that I didn't stick with Sony

    Horrible!! Can’t get then to work with tv. Been calling for help since we got them!!! Just keep getting computer generated responses!! Cannot get thru to a REAL person to walk me thru. Geek squad calls are even worse. This is a horrible system!!!!!!

    The 1st pair of Sennheiser RS 175 Headphones I purchased back in 2016 from Best Buy, I love them, still to this day. This 2nd pair, I do not like them. They are difficult to hook up to TV, and to Computer. I would never purchase these again. Peggy Ford.
