These headphones are nice, however they're not as comfortable as the Bose headphones

Good for two years, after that it's time for a new pair.

Returned because I couldn’t get the headphones to work. Base charged fine. A lot of the connections are not used because it includes connections for both analog and digital and plug ins for US and Europe.

For headphones of this price way too many hiccups....would not recommend these

I bought some other Sennheisers and thought I would give these a try. I ended up returning them the same day. They weren’t just for me. They were to bulky and uncomfortable.

Wouldn't recommend at all. Very uncomfortable if you plan on wearing it for longer than 45 minutes. Also, cuts out a lot for no reason. Very annoying. Had these for about 4 years now. Can't wait to go buy something else.

I’ve really had difficulty setting up headphones for my husband to watch tv without disturbing everyone else. Unfortunately after hiring Geek Squad, returning previous headphones and purchasing these, I still cannot get them to work. I’m not willing to put another $99 for Geek Squad who ultimately could not get previous headphones to work either and recommended these. Frustrating

plug clip was bent/broke upon arrival. Took back to store, 4 different geeks worked on it to find broken plug, bent it back, then worked but recommended to be exchanged. Problem is your company no longer carries this product, one I bought at Christmas. Giftee kept this one with the funky clip but I doubt it will last long. Not happy, won't deal with this company again.

I get sound drop-outs on a regular basis with this unit. When I contacted Sennheiser customer care, they told me to move it away from other 2.4GHz wifi equipment or turn that equipment off. Really? I have 2 PCs, a laptop, a printer, a thermostat, a TV, and 4 cameras using wifi! I'm returning it and getting a Bluetooth headset.

I've had this head set since August and I wish I could exchange it for the set I had previously. I spent 80% more for this brand over the previous brand. The sound cuts in and out way to often. The signal, analog or digital, only travel 12 feet with no obstruction.

I couldn't get them to work with my 65" Samsung smart TV without shutting down the TV's speakers. The digital sound connection from the TV to the headphones wouldn't connect.

I could not get it to work, my electrical contractor and my general contractor checked the wires, again no sound. They also did not succeed. So I returned the wireless headphone.

I purchased these for my wife, about 3 months ago. The stopped working, I’ve tried replacing everything but the base. This system should not have to be replaced so soon.

The sales person identified the product I needed for my application. It would not function !

These headphones would be great if not for two issues: 1: They’re not loud enough. I use the Dre true wireless in ear ear buds in the gym and turn them all the way up to achieve the sound level I desire. These come to about 70% of that sound level. Granted the bass is plenty loud in explosive scenes but when there’s dialogue, though it is clear, the sound level does not match the scene, which can be very distracting. 2. There’s no way to view what level volume you have it on, or what bass setting or surround sound setting you have selected. It’s just all chosen by clicking the buttons on the side of the headphone with no screen showing what setting you’ve selected. It doesn’t show on the TV or receiver(I have a 2019 65” Samsung OLED TV and 2019 $350 Denon receiver so I know it’s not my hardware failing to display the settings). Not knowing what surround sound or bass mode you’re on is fairly annoying. I’ll be returning these to bestbuy for a more expensive and louder pair. If $200 is your budget then these are great for that budget but if you’re willing to spend up to $300- $400 then I suggest trying another set of headphones.

This product let us watch TV together without it being too loud for me.

I never liked using headphones before buying these. They will remain with me for a very long time. I purchased a Sony headphone set of lesser price and quality before turning those in for these. They had static even from 10' away... and they were $120 headphones. I have yet to hear ANY static in these headphones... even from 25' away. The RS 175 has become a stellar addition to my home audio system.

Any speaker, headphone or sound producer has moving parts that are tight from the factory but will loosen up with use. It is meant to work this way: out of the box these were bass heavy. With several dozen hours of use, the sound is clear and pleasing. I recommend that you charge them, set them up and let play on a table first at medium volume. The headband is comfortable enough. These aren't super lightweight like some Sennheiser units but consider this: they are over-the-ear headphones, have a radio, audio processor, and large sound transducers. Understand? I like the wireless design. You can walk outside, and listen. These RF headphones sound better than Bluetooth because Bluetooth has audio compression. I would like the speaker enclosure to have less sound when tapped on. Oh, when NO sound is on I can hear my heartbeat from my carotid arteries quietly thumping like Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon CD. Not too objectionable - they block outside noises I can say. These are worth the price. I bought them with Best Buy price matching. If you want to watch TV / movies or listen to something without other people getting distracted or disturbed these are an excellent choice. Sennheiser is good stuff, period.
