Great sound and the charge lasts a long, long time. Very comfortable. I had an inexpensive set of TV headphones before purchasing this and the length of the charge kept getting shorter and shorter so that it had to be recharged every two hours. Drove me crazy. The cost of these new headphones are well worth the price.

I bought the Sennheiser RS 195 over -the-ear wireless headphone product for my mom to watch her TV as loud as she needs to without the TV volume. To clarify, this means headset volume turned UP while TV volume turned DOWN. This way she doesn't disturb the neighbors. Her hearing has been getting worse, so her previous less expensive Sony headphones weren't doing the job for her anymore.

We arrived at the wrong store and the technician John S and Ms Zoe were so accommodating and helpful. This store receives a 10+ in our books for the service they provide and help their customers.

Bought this for my husband so I don’t lose my hearing too. He says it works, but feels hot and if he takes them off to ask me a question, they pause themselves and doesn’t unpause by themselves. But they do the job.

Too many years of Rock n Roll have messed up my hearing. I couldn’t understand half of what was said on TV. These Sennheiser headphones have changed that for me. Easy set up, comfy, I am so happy with the sound for speaking and music.

I am having issues with my hearing and this works GREAT so I can hear talking and speech and the others watching the same television I am does not have to be blasted out.

I have been listening these in very short period of time, about two weeks. They are very addictive. Hearing stuff not able to hear with speakers. They are comfortable and look attractive in your decor. They do have an imposing look. If that is a factor at all. A very good quality product. Enjoy.

I've had Sony wireless headphones for years that have performed well but these things are amazing!!! Multiple settings for different experiences but the one I appreciate the most is the clear quality sound of speech! When you have hearing issues, trying to understand dialog with all the background noise they put in programming today is nearly impossible. Thanks to Sennheiser for building a tool that makes viewing fun again! Also, thanks for Best Buy for carrying this quality product!

Very decent headphones, You must charge for a full day . Not Bose quality but not Bose price. The different settings are not that drastic, but yo can dial in the best sound for your needs
