The card I received was not activated It was a Christmas gift, the Best Buy store as well as the Sephora customer service say they can’t help me, I’m very dissatisfied

I wanted to send something to my cousin in AK for a gift and what I did was pick up from store. I bought this on my account and had pick up from store in her location which was AK. It was ready that day and I didn’t have to worry about mailing or anything!! How awesome and convenient is that!?!? And she was so super ecstatic when I said you have a pick up from Best Buy! She went after work and wanted to fall down because she had no idea and it was a gift for her favorite store!

I bought two of these $50 Sephora gift cards for my girlfriend as a surprise. If your like me and don’t have a lot of time on your hands to go to the actual store. Best Buy offers this gift card and many more so it’s really convenient and makes for a shorter drive. You get the exact same thing as if you had bought it from the actual store so no difference.

I love the selection of gift cards but I don’t agree with not being able to use Best Buy gift cards to pay for specialty gift cards..

I buy these cards for my wife every time I shop at bestbuy. I’ve never had an issue with the amount of money being incorrect on the card, the card not working because it wasn’t activated correctly, and customer service prints out a confirmation receipt detailing every event that happed all the way up to the card being put in my hand.

Was recently in Best Buy and needed a non-electronic gift. Was going to drive over to the nearby mall when, near the check out, Best Buy had a plethora of Gift Cards from many different vendors/restaurants. I bought two (2) different ones and saved the mall trip. Love Best Buy. Keep it up.
