4k with atmos really improves the experience. Recommend.

Really good movie, especially if you are a fan of Firefly.

I liked the series, but this was better than episodes

This review is based only on picture quality. It has nothing to do with the script or the acting, both of which are first rate. I've been buying 4K releases since they first came out, and occasionally replacing some of my older blu-rays with 4K's as they become available. Usually the 4K offers some improvement over the blu-ay, but in this case the improvement in picture quality and color palette was relatively minor. If you already have the this film on blu-ray, there is no need to upgrade to 4K.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the movie, but the entire comic-themed Steelbook collection seems highly prone to quality issues. The edges always seem to have paint chipping off of them, and for whatever reason they seem more likely to damage than other Steelbooks.

I bought it because it was adds another 4K movie to my collection. I like Nathan Fillion. It was probably closer to a 3.5. It's a spin off movie from the series Firefly.

Bought this film because of a good Rotten Tomatoes score. Wrong move. Childish film with a decent cast that does seem to care about their acting skills.

My family calls it a "one time see". Good enough to watch once but that is all. It is interesting and has a lot of action. Just predictable.

I needed an update of this movie but found out later it is upconverted 4k. Still looks good but not as good as true 4k films

Serenity is a favorite of mine, if the studio did as good a job as Bestbuy did on the case this would have been rated 5 stars.
