This is a fantastic sci-fi film, my wife and I love it! This movie has a great plot and is very fast paced and intense. This movie will have you on the edge of your seat. I highly recommend it! Also, some other great sci-fi movies I recommend are Event Horizon, Sunshine, Dark City and Doom.

The video of the Firefly tv series is superbly done, as is the movie follow-up of the series. The movie has a darker side to it than the series did, and there isn't the feeling of family that there was in the series, but I still thoroughly enjoyed them....I just wish there was much more to watch!

This is one of my favorite movies. I watched Firefly, the tv series the film is based on, before I saw the movie. It helps to watch the show first, but it's not necessary. Joss Whedon's characters and plot are amazing, as usual. I can watch this movie over and over without getting tired of it.

This is without a doubt one of the 5 best movies I have ever seen. It is based off of the televisions show Firefly, which is also amazing. This movie has a great story, wonderful characters, and a super hot chick whohas incredible combat skills. I strongly recommend it. 6 out of 5.

I saw Serenity before I watched any episodes of Firefly. It had me laughing and cheering the whole movie, though. I have since bought it, as well as Firefly, the complete series (4 discs, one season). I can't believe this show was canceled. Get it - you won't believe it either.

The movie is great. Even the extra features are awesome if you're a huge fan of Joss Whedon and Firefly. The only down side is that I know there are more special features regarding Firefly and Serenity out there. It's too bad they did not make it on to this dvd.

For anyone who loves Buffy and Angel, this movie is for you. Based on Joss Whedon's show, Firefly, Serenity ties up all the lose ends you wished the show had gotten to do. IT IS AMAZING!!!!

Its got everything you liked about Firefly and wraps up the character stories not as well as another couple seasons might have but still nice to see how it all ended for the Serenity Crew. Nathan Fillion delivers here

It's everything a fan of "Firefly" and "Serenity" could want, and a blast for new fans as well. The movie itself is sweet, but the extras here, from the cool new box art to the feature-lenght cast commentary make this deluxe edition soar.

The film, stay true to the show. The story and casting, was great.

Aside from the vile cover art, everything about this movie is perfect. A sci-fi action movie with actual character development. It's got romance, action, horror, drama, and Nathan Fillion. What's not to love?

This is one of the best movies ever made. I definately recommend watching Firefly first then watch Serenity. Both Firefly and Serenity are worth buying.

It's a crying shame that this series wasn't renewed; it was a *great* series. I was all ready to buy the entire series...and I did because it was only 14 episodes. The premise of the series was a grittier version of the flashy space sci-fi show. At least the movie tied up all the loose ends and brought closure.

i really do! i loved the television series...own every episode, and now am a proud member of the "serenity movie" lovers! i wish everyone could have a copy! if you dont have one...go and buy it!!!!

This elegant movie, a continuation of the post-network sensation, Firefly, is a sure-fire adventure! Joss Whedon is an amazing story-teller, and the casting for the movie is superb!

Great extra features! You'll enjoy the deleted scenes! If you haven't seen the film go out and buy it! Don't rent! Even if you're not a Firefly fan you will be after watching this.

Serenity is the final chapter of the Firefly story. All around a spectacular movie from a first time movie director, and a must see for all "Brown Coats".

After watching the original series Firefly I had to watch this movie. So I bought it and I can say I'm not disappointed. The film lives up to the TV series.

Great movie to watch over and over again. The extras packed on the disc can almost make another movie by itself.

Love this movie and nathon fillion. Cant go wrong.
