Do not buy from bestbuy

I ordered the chestnut one, 2-3 days later it still shows in stock but their customer service chat thing says its out of stock. Its a good chair but do not buy it from bestbuy

Very comfy but needs adjustable arms

Izt is very comfortable except for the arms not being adjustable. I had to bring home because chair arms wouldn't go under my work desk.

Yet another POOR QUALITY item

I am so done with spending large amounts of $$ for something to be quality in nature to have it break down. I am below the weight limit on this chair and the hydraulic piston has already FAILED! This isn't the way it used to be.

Very perturbed said the manufacturer had it in stock when I bought it and it was a Christmas gift.

Cylinder sinks down

What a piece of garbage!!!!
