    Very comfortable chair.. especially for the price. Read the directions through before starting assembly and take your time... and you'll have no problem putting it together.

    Comfortable and easy to assemble by myself. With hundreds of "rear hours" on it, there's no fade or spots. One arm requires re-tightening of the bolts every couple weeks, so don't lose the included tool unless you have a hex key set.

    I had higher expectations because of the brand reputation. While the chair is comfortable it doesn't stay at the height that I set ut too. It is disruptive to have to keep adjusting it throughout my day. I would nit recommend purchasing.

    Was comfortable at first, then the padding on the seat started to break down after about 4 months. At about 7 months old the padding on one of the arms came loose, and I can't find a way to fix it. Not the quality I'd expect to see from either Serta or Best Buy

    this chair is very nice. it is extremely comfortable. the only thing that i do want to point out is that it is completely apart when you receive it. it is real easy to put it together though.

    After almost a year of constant use due to working from home, the screws in the arms came off and wont fit back in. So now, they just move off and never stay on.

    Do not buy this chair I am 260 pounds and it feels really tight on me I’m also 56 in height it feels really tight it’s tall the back of the chair is tall but it has very little if any padding it looks way more padded in the picture than it is in person it’s really heavy and bulky and hard to maneuver like I say it’s OK to city and I just would have preferred for it to be a bit more comfy and a bit more durable and also a bit more wide for those people with hips
