Very poor craftsmanship

The cushions were uneven underneath meaning you sit lopsided. It is held together with industrial staples all over with sharp edges protruding out. Covered in dust. All over the packaging it asks you not to return but to call the manufacturer's customer service. Tried that and they referred me back to Best Buy. Do not recommend.

Not so comfy

Waste of money waste of work

If you are still within your original retailer's return or exchange period we recommend reaching out to them to see if you still can do so, so you can swap to a different chair. Sent me a refurbished chair as a new one.

poor work chair
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the chair thinking if made by Serta it would be very comfortable. Wrong - the chair is very uncomfortable on the spine and that was just after an hour of using it. I am 5 ft 2" and the chair is huge. I have to use a seat cushion and back cushion and it is still too big. I can live with that, but it is very uncomfortable in the seating area and I have to use it 8 hrs a day for work. Very disappointed to buy a chair for comfort and have to use so many pillows to make it comfortable.

Chair for a small girl.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this chair because it is the ONLY microfiber chair that Best Buy had to offer and it was a good deal. Ofcourse, you pay for what you get is a very strong saying in this situation. The chair, fully assembled, looked like it was made for a woman of 5'3" or smaller. The headrest can barely reach the top of my back, aside from it being super comfy; it is suitable for a child of young age, not a man..of any.

Executive office chair

Easy to put together with the exception of a couple of screws that wouldn't go in easily and the plugs didn't fit in a couple of the holes without having to use glue. Material is soft and elegant looking.
