    this a one of the only chairs that didn't lower on me so far I am 300+ and all the other chairs would lower them selfs so at my age and 6'5 it was hard to get out of them.

    Serta is top notch when it comes to comfort and longevity. This is my 3rd Serta chair and they never disappoint. The quality of the fabric is outstanding. This chair is gonna be my main chair for the next decade. THANKS SERTA!!

    Horrible chair buyer beware!!! Showed up damaged!! Cheaply made if you want a nice quality chair and his is not it go at a higher price point get something better!!! Didn’t last a month!

    The chair is very comfortable; it does sit high if you are a short person (under 5'10") but is excellent for someone 6'1" and taller. It assembles easily; the swivel is smooth.

    Great Chair, supports my weight (290lbs) and tallness (6'1). Wish Bestbuy can add a Product Replacement Plan on It. Oh Well, it is what it is. The reclining is tricky at first though, there is lock in the height adjustment but yeah.

    My boss bought one of these for my work office, I liked it so much I bought one for my home office. Nice wide seat, sturdy construction and comfortable recline all made for a good choice for a big guy.

    Completely sucks. Is comfortable enough, but the piston is shot after less than 6 months of ownership. It will not hold level and keeps leaking down. Complete waste of money.

    Nice chair. Has plenty of cushion for asked ng price. Screws were a bit of a pain to put in place by yourself, but a nice chair overall.

    One if the screw holes is milled wrong. Will not accept any bolt, even the extras. Waste of time. Returning to store. Buying another brand.

    When I put my chair on the tallest setting it always slips to the lowest setting while I’m sitting in it
