What a piece of garbage!!!!

Comfortable, luxurious all-leather office chair

It is intended for big and tall people; however, I am an average person in build and height. It didn't quite fit until the elevation cylinder settled a tad below its lowest setting. Now it fits just fine, with my feet flat on the floor. I would not recommend it, however, for anyone shorter than 5'7" and this needs to be pointed out to prospective purchasers. The assembly was not difficult.

This Is the Chair I Have Been Looking For!

I am fat, and there's no sugar coating it, because I'll eat that too, but this chair is comfy. It was simple enough to put together. Does not feel cheap in any aspect. The lowest setting is a little higher than I wanted, but I can live with that. I highly suggest this chair to anyone that is even a little over weight, because it seems like a really good chair.

Amazing chair , but ....

The chair is absolutely amazing for a big guy. It doesn't make the squeaking noise turning or during a drag. But the right arm rest has 2 screws in which i was shocked to see there was a plastic mold blocking the hole. I can't imagine this is a defective one. I had to use my drill to clear it off so that the screw goes through it . That's 3 star !

I called the company and they sent just screws not marked and they were not even the right ones. Very disappointing. I will never purchase furniture on line again.

Dangerous

Results, wall damage from Me and the Chair, 1 week with a cane and back pain the last time it happened. At 300lbs, the chair WILL run out from under You if not Careful.

Squeaky all the time and rocks from side to side

Arrived Damaged No Response

Looks like a comfy chair however the box was beat up on arrival and the chair back has a 5" cut plus I can get response from maker nor Best Buy to replace, keep getting lip service.

A good heavy-duty chair at a great price

It went together as easily as any chair of this type does. It's comfortable and all of the features work correctly. I'll be taking many short naps in this chair. This chair does sit very high, its lowest height is about the same as the highest on regular sized chairs. If you're wondering whether you should pay a little extra for a chair that supports a higher weight, it's well worth it in the long run. Highly recommended.
