My family shares the chair. It works great for the men but I am only 5'3" so I like a little something under my feet. The chair is comfortable and operates well. It is a handsome chair. After about 9 months the leather started to separate from the stitching. I called Living Styles Office Furniture (800) 379-9773 and was greeted by a very kind and helpful customer service agent who sent a new seat.

The serta big and tall chair is very comfortable the assembly is easy just follow the easy instructions and letter labels on the screws in the packet, it also comes with a Allen wrench everything you need to assemble it.. The arms are a little tricky to put on…All and all great comfortable chair.I ordered the chestnut .the chestnut is a dark chestnut.. The screws come in a plastic packet labeled with letters..it makes it easier to assemble..

I got this chair because I was dealing with back pain from sitting in my old work chair all day. The last mont has been great with this chair no more back pain and it has a good bit of support which is good since I,m a big guy who's 6'2 and weighs a little over 300 pounds

The chair is comfy and relatively easy to assemble. I ordered two based on the reviews of others. One chair back arrived with a cut and the other was 1/2” shorter on one side. Because these are now sold out, I decided to keep the uneven seat back. I am returning the damaged chair to the store.

Comfortable large person chair. I’m 62 and was able to put it together all my myself. Excellent instruction booklet and all parts packaged well. Took off 1 star as I cannot figure out how to decrease tilt of chair. Otherwise very comfortable to use while working.

Standard chair, nothing special. Got the "chestnut" ...in absence of direct light it looks black...easy to put together, seems durable enough.

Very comfortable and good looking chair. The quality is top notch. I am 300+ lbs and feel confident sitting on this chair during work hours. I highly recommend it.

Easy to assemble but makes some weird noise when one sits on it and reclines

Bought for my 17 year old son. Over 6 feet tall. He loves it. It fits his height and says it’s very comfortable. Something he has had trouble with due to his height.

Have owned this chair for a 1.5 years now. So far it has not broken down. Was moderately easy to assemble. Still looks good. I would recommend this chair.

My son put the chair together Thank God for him it’s very comfortable and fits perfectly. I love the way it feels the color is perfect. I had an executive chair that costed 800.00 it lasted for 15years had to get a new one. This is far less money and better because its not so big and movess better.

Bought this chair to replace one that was twice the price. The second i sat down i knew i was right about my purchase. The chair is comfortably perfect in both size and thickness. The leather feels soft and cool and the rock back has the perfect tension. I would recommend this chair for anyome who wants a great deal for a great chair!!

I have used the chair now for about 1 month, still tweaking the height and lean-back resistance for the perfect fit.... but I'm convinced I'll get it tuned up soon. I'm 300+ lbs and i feel comfortable with the padding and ease of movement.

My husband got this chair for gaming rather than the over priced gaming chairs. He loves it!

This chair is worth the money! It is very comfortable to sit in especially if you need to be working long hours. It is comfortable and my back does not hurt sitting in it.

I know the chair is good,i have one at work, however i ordered one of these (black) and had to cancel it because 2 days later it decided to be out of stock and couldnt ship. I ordered the chestnut one, 2-3 days later it still shows in stock but their customer service chat thing says its out of stock. Its a good chair but do not buy it from bestbuy
