Chair looks great and is comfortable. Had someone put it together and he ran into issues (holes were not drilled properly to allow screw to go in easily). Otherwise OK.

I purchased the chair to replace my one that I have had for years. It is very comfortable. It rolls smoothly and is very comfortable to sit in.

Half of the parts were missing. Now I need to take time out of my day to call customer support, and either wait 7-10 additional business days for the parts and hardware package, or call Best Buy support to replace the item. I do not recommend ordering office furniture from Best Buy. Completely unacceptable.

This chair is extremely comfortable. I am in my 70s, and a large man. My grandkids use my computer and they all love this chair. They range in age from 10 to 18. Even after several hours sitting in this chair I still feel fresh.

I had this item delivered. It came a few days ago without the arms of the chair. I called customer service and they told me they couldn’t help me but I had to take them item back to the store and maybe they could help.

Well worth the price. Being a big person its hard to find a comfortable chair this one here handles the weight well and has ample space.

Seat is comfy and air adjust give full range of heights. I love how it feels when sitting for an hour typing a report.

I was a bit skeptical about spending 220 on this , but I use it my wife uses it daily and even after the kids put some wear on it. It’s still a damm good chair. Even after a cat or two all of the leather is still intact. Was a great buy.

I love this computer chair I would recommend anyone to buy this chair

First of all, the box the chair came in looked very sketchy. Everything was taped tightly and the carboard pieces were broken like it had been returned, but who knows. I spent 20 mins putting the bottom half together and i spent about 3 hours trying to put the screws in the backrest. I gave up on one of the holes because none of the J screws would go in. Now I'm finally sitting in the chair and it's decent with good support. I'm 6' 4 182lbs so I'm tall but not big. I bought it for gaming so I won't be leaning back in it anytime soon. Overall so far, i think I'll start to enjoy having it, but assembling it was horrible and I never want to experience that again.
