Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didnt know i have to pay a fee for my product to be service although i pay a yearly fee to be a member. I got my appointment scheduled to be called a day later to be told they did not lock my time slot in so they needed to reschedule my appointment. Unacceptable!!
