    Didnt know i have to pay a fee for my product to be service although i pay a yearly fee to be a member. I got my appointment scheduled to be called a day later to be told they did not lock my time slot in so they needed to reschedule my appointment. Unacceptable!!

    I shouldn't be charged every time for the service call I have had the same ongoing problem for 2 months now.

    Always get a protection plan. At least you have something on your side to get your moneys worth!
